"Pros: The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Tsubogawa Station, which is four monorail stops from the airport. It's in the same building as a Don Quijote supermarket, with a direct back entrance to the supermarket on the second floor, which is incredibly handy. The front desk lobby is very spacious, and they offer complimentary coffee and Okinawan specialty liquor. There's also a beautiful fountain outside the lobby. Cons: The breakfast selection was very limited, and by the end, I found myself running out of things to eat."

"First time in a capsule hotel, and it was better than I expected! Super clean, friendly staff, and I loved the public bath (close for cleaning during 10 AM - 4 PM: hptel c/o | c/i time) Guests can grab coffee/tea in the lounge and there's 24/7 drinking water. They even have amenities like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and shaving kits at the front desk. Plus, they provide pajamas, so you can just bring your luggage for shopping and not worry about packing PJs. Overall, I'm really happy and would totally stay here again next time. FYI: The private and deluxe rooms offer more privacy."

"The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s a 4-minute walk from the monorail station. The room was on the 8th floor, with a view of the surrounding area. The room itself could be extended, with an additional door leading to the neighbouring room. Towels are changed every day, and bottled water is provided daily as well. Breakfasts are just right. The only drawback is the position of the toilet – it’s too close to the wall, and your thigh ends up pressing against the toilet roll."

"We spent 4 nights in this hotel and it was the perfect base for a stay in Naha, it is very well located for the airport but buses and monorail stations are nearby too. The hotel is within walking distance of some of the main attractions in Naha but was very quiet at night for a good sleep. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed there for 4 nights and it was a very nice experience. The beds were comfy and they also gave us 3 pillows so we were able to make one of them a plushie. The shower room is always squeaky clean and the receptionist were so kind and friendly too. The breakfast is a little Japanese style so if you are used to American style, I wouldn't recommend it. But if you want to try Natto and Soba, don't bother going else, it's included in the hotel's breakfast menu. The location is very close to the airport and just 12 minutes away from the station, so the location is superb, not to mention if you rent a car, there are several parking lots in the area too."

"We stayed for four nights as a family of four, coming to Okinawa for a relaxing holiday. The two things we cared about most were the room size and breakfast—and we were very satisfied with both. Although the breakfast selection didn’t look very extensive at first, everything was delicious and well-prepared. There was a nice mix of Japanese, Okinawan, and Western options, and the menu changed daily, which kept things interesting. We left breakfast feeling full and satisfied every single day. The room was comfortable, and it was great that the TV had Netflix and YouTube available. Parking was also very convenient at 1100 yen per night (2pm–12pm). The location is excellent—right next to Naha Main Place, a popular local supermarket, and close to DFS Galleria as well. 7-11 just downstairs! The only minor downside was that the bathroom is located right next to the bed, and the sound insulation of the bathroom door could be better. Out of the two hotels we stayed at in Okinawa, this was our favourite. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next self-drive trip!"

"Basic breakfast variety. Great location near to Kokusai street, many restaurants around. Staffs are nice and helpful, thank you a front dest staff, Itoh san, she can speak very good English, smile like the sun shining. Hotel connecting with a Tokyo famous restaurant “Moss” with pretty good fine dining with reasonable price, good to visit if your schedule not too rush, enjoy a 2 hours relaxing dinner there, you could taste Okinawa local fresh ingredients. Swimming pool is small, and you can swimming with flowers and leaves. Remember no mid night car parking, please enter earlier in the first parking get ticket for a day, count 15:00-11:00, ¥1500 per day. Nearby lowest rate is ¥900 per night."

"The hotel is just one stop away from Naha Airport (TK2) and a 7-8 minute walk. Be warned, there's a big hill, so it can be a bit challenging with luggage, but fine if it's not raining. The closest Yui Rail station is Kenchō-mae, about an 11-minute walk. The 3rd floor is the smoking floor, with all other floors being non-smoking. If you book late, you might only get a smoking room. I stayed in rooms 1113 and 435 – 11th floor definitely offers better views and is quieter, so I recommend booking there. I didn't think the breakfast was worth it; the buffet lunch, which starts at 11:30 AM, is better value and tastier. There's no welcome drink in the lobby, nor a public bath or hot spring. They do offer free luggage storage. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is a better schedule than traditional Japanese hotels – highly recommend! The picture is of the buffet lunch on the first floor."

The service is good, all staff are friendly and polite, the hotel offered free drinks everyday at the 14/F lounge, it was so relaxing and chill. The shower room is nicely decorated with traditional bath salt sacks, kids like it a lot."

The environment, location, and design are all pretty good. The only downside is that the pillows in the room aren't very comfortable. There's a shopping mall, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, so it's quite convenient. It's also not too far from the train station; you can get there directly by taking the overhead bridge. The large public bath requires going nude, which I couldn't bring myself to do, so I didn't go.

Love the excellent location which is just 5 mins walk to Makishi Station and Kokusaidori Shopping street. There's family mart and Cargoes supermarket at L1 and linked to car park. The room is clean and consider spacious. We can choose either to make up room or change towels every day. It would be good if hotel can also provides shower cap. The staff are friendly and helpful. I think it deserves as a 4 stars hotel instead of 3 stars as it exceeded our expectations.

Facilities: Hyatt's facilities are unbeatable, and the size is quite large for Japan. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't change much over three days, but the food itself was delicious. The swimming pool is small, but better than nothing. The hot water temperature wasn't very stable at night, fluctuating quite a bit. And for some reason, the toilet lid kept falling down and hitting me. Other than that, everything else was fine. Service: Couldn't be better. Every time we arrived by taxi, the trunk was opened before we even got out, and they'd even help us check if we'd left anything in the seat 😂. All the staff spoke excellent English. Location: It's about 1600 JPY by taxi to the airport and around 5000 JPY to American Village. Kokusai Dori is a one-minute walk away, and there's a convenience store about 200 meters from the entrance. The pottery street across the road is fun to browse and shop. However, it's quite a distance from the port, the bus terminal, and Naminoue Shrine. I'd recommend staying closer to the bus terminal area. Kokusai Dori is a bit of a tourist trap for food, and there's not much else to see or do there.

I chose this because of the location which is perfect for my trip as I am taking A Line to Yoron the following day. The facility is clean, thanks to those maintaining it. How can I rate the service when it's just check in and there's even a machine? Check in process is straightforward. Trip.com should adjust their survey.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient for getting around. The service was warm and attentive, with the front desk responding quickly, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Jeju.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived, and the check‑in process was smooth and quick. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. If you are an International traveller who arrives late after the airport closes and leaves before it opens, please be sure you understand everything about the entrance and exit. I highly recommend that you check with the airport information desk directly or ask the hostel by translation apps. It is a very good place to stay for anyone who plans to catch an early flight, though the staff cannot speak English fluently, which means it takes time to communicate. Breakfast is included!

We arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about. However, the service was quite disappointing. We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise. What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary. After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had. Just sharing our experience.

Very beautiful room and I was able to spend comfortably. I was glad to have a washing machine. There are various restaurants around, and the tomari is close. I recommend going to a remote island! I want to use it again! ! !
