"The staff were great, they stored our luggage and we were able to travel to Langkawi for a few days. The room was small but clean."

"The hotel is quite old, and much of the furniture appears dated. However, it is still acceptable for a short stay of one night. One advantage is the ample parking available at the back of the hotel, which is convenient for guests traveling by car. There is also a night market (pasar malam) right in front of the hotel, offering a wide variety of local food and eateries within easy reach. The only downside is that the nearest 7-Eleven is a bit far to walk to, which may be inconvenient if you need to purchase essentials."

We arrived late at night..there was no front desk at 12+ midnight..we didn't call up earlier to advise our late arrival too.. a room key a flash light and a simple note placed on front desk is surprisingly more than enough to make us felt welcomed and thought for. thumbs up.. The place is beautiful and calming...Simple breakfast was served and all is good..Would definitely return.."

"The water quality at Tianyuan (Tianyuan Resort) mostly contains sand and gravel, while at Bishu Shanzhuang it's yellow sediment, making the latter seem dirtier. Tianyuan's food was the best. The activities were also pretty good, but when we arrived, there wasn't much detailed information. We were given a piece of paper, but it didn't have anything written on it, just told us to download an app. We only found out the next day that there were free paddleboards, but the waves were too big that morning, which was a shame. I didn't think the service was good. The front desk staff didn't smile at us like they did at the other three hotels. We also had to wait a long time for someone to show us to our room (we were carrying two very heavy bags). On the way, the staff member even asked me what time the pool opened, and I told her it was on the paper, but she probably didn't understand. At that moment, with our two large backpacks, they didn't offer to help with our luggage, and just wanted us to get to our room quickly. So, I kind of wanted to roll my eyes. However, a good point was that they let us check in a bit early. I think the location is quite good; if you use the paddleboards, you can go to the uninhabited island opposite. The facilities, I think, are just average. The room smelled very nice, and there was no discomfort when getting into the swimming pool. At Bishu Shanzhuang, I felt a burning sensation when I swam, and my mouth even peeled, so I think their disinfectant is harmful to people. Overall, it was okay, with both good and bad points."

"Clean rooms, cool air, complete facilities such as hair dryer, kettle, refrigerator, TV is a Smart TV. there are plenty of parking spaces,quiet at night Near the market, it is very easy to find food. Walk about 5-10 minutes."

"The owner is Friendly.. the place is near to 7e & Big C, Halal food stall, we just walk to go have dinner & to go to 7e The room is small, enough for 2adults & 1kid No hairdryer, no iron But have fridge & mineral water, TV For those who drive,this is the place where you can park your car next to your room.."

"The scenery is absolutely stunning, and the service was very nice. Breakfast was exquisite. The only downsides are that it's a bit far from the pedestrian street and requires going uphill, and the road up the hill is quite rough and bumpy. Overall, it was a good impression, aside from the poor road conditions leading to the hotel."
