"Very pleasant welcome, the friendly staff mentions the negative side of the dilapidated sanitary facilities, which need a good freshening up. The smells of rising sewers are very unpleasant. However, I will return if I have to go through there, because the location is close to transport, hiking trails and the setting is magnificent exit from the business park."

"I chose the hotel based mostly on location, but also as Best Western has a good reputation and the price was fairly reasonable. It was easy to park nearby in a public garage and a decent walk to all the sights. The room was, however, minuscule, and the shower almost flooded the bathroom. It should probably get two stars but the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Family trip to visit Grenoble and ski at Chamrousse. Very well located to arrive by TGV and take the bus to Chamrousse. Clean, small and comfortable room. Breakfast very good, specially if you want to save time to reach the bus or train station."
