"Had a great stay at the Days Inn in Joplin! The property had ample parking, which made things super convenient, and the location was perfect with plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and other amenities nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Special shoutout to the front desk agent, who was not only very pleasant and professional, but also absolutely adorable — definitely made the check-in experience even better! Overall, this was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone passing through the Joplin area."

"While checking in with Nichole, Pamala the evening clerk at the front desk thought it would be funny to say; "We call rooms at 3:00 AM when a single guest is staying in a double queen room." I did not think much of the comment at 11:00 PM until I received a wake up call at 3:50 AM in the morning and was unable to go back to sleep! I spoke to Kim in the morning when checking out and she recommended I speak to Richard Nichols the GM on Monday. After speaking to Richard he had no apology for my experience and encouraged me to go ahead and make a review. (So, here it is!) I would NEVER RECOMMEND this location, if you would like to get a good night's sleep! The rudeness of Pamala and Richard, GM was outrageous!"
