"We checked in on 27th October and checked out on 28th , the room was pretty basic the property needs urgent renovation, and the garden needs attention also. We stayed at Garden facing cottage, Booked thru Agoda and the rating was 8.2, it was nothing near 8.2. The silver line was the service of the staff and the restaurant, we tried dinner and complimentary breakfast which was very tasty"

"Definitely not a 4 star experience and it was very below average experience. I found the lobby and corridor areas not clean at all and there was some kind of stink all over. Their services such as room service take hours to get completed. Laundry service is also very slow. The pool was not clean and they beedtk work on that as well. The only good thing was the garden area withba good view and the garden area was also not maintained properly. I don't recommend this place. "

"Really nice place to spend with family. Especially staffs are polite and friendly. Food are awesome. They are maintaining room and restrooms very clean. We have lot of activities like yoga session, boat ride, fishing, cycling and evening instrumental music."

"Its terroble!after watching video we were excited to visit the place but once we reach there we were startled to see the pathetic condition of your resort actually not resort a lodge. Already paid money its not refund then also we left from there we lost money its cheating u r uploading a video and the place is entirely different. Will not cone again n not re-command anybody there"
