Ξενοδοχεία κοντά σε Century City area, Κούνμινγκ

The first impression can be a little confusing. The exterior and common areas around the building don’t look very clean or well-organized, and finding the correct entrance and exit can be quite difficult. If you don’t speak Chinese, it may be even more challenging, especially when arriving for the first time. However, once we got inside the room, it was a completely different experience. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Considering the price, the room itself was excellent value for money. The location is also a big advantage. It is convenient and close to many places, making it a good base for getting around Kunming. Overall: Don’t judge this hotel by the exterior. 😄 The entrance and surrounding common areas may feel confusing at first, especially for international travelers who don’t speak Chinese, but the actual room was much better than expected — clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and very reasonably priced. A good budget-friendly option in Kunming if you prioritize the room, location, and value for money over the appearance of the building and common areas.

Facilities: The room was spacious, the mattress was comfortable, and everything felt quite new. The soundproofing was absolutely amazing – no matter how late I returned, I never disturbed other guests. There's free laundry and drying, which was fantastic; I could wash and dry my clothes right after getting back from eating BBQ across the street. Multiple elevators operate simultaneously, and card access to floors ensures privacy and safety. The breakfast restaurant offers a breathtaking view of Dianchi Lake, making you feel expansive and refreshed. Hygiene: Cleaning was done upon request. Environment: The location is superb, nestled in a quiet spot yet close to all the action. It's super convenient for dining and shopping. Service: The staff were very helpful and friendly. They proactively assisted with my luggage and even upgraded my room.

We're repeat guests, having stayed here more than once. Whenever we come to Kunming, this is always our top choice. The service is excellent; you can hear the front desk staff's loud greetings every time you enter or leave, which truly makes you feel at home! Their breakfast is also great 👍, really suiting my Yunnan palate. The fruits are fresh, and you can tell everything is made with quality ingredients, nothing pre-made. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

Honestly, this hotel's rating is definitely underestimated. It's a traditional, established five-star hotel. We got a free room upgrade, and the room was very spacious. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are all high-quality. The hotel also has a large parking lot and lobby, and the breakfast area is huge with a wide variety of options. I've stayed at Century Golden Resources in Chongqing, which is a renowned hotel there. I'm not sure why it seems to be perceived as lesser in Kunming; it's severely underrated. They offer free umbrella rentals, and there's a huge shopping mall nearby, making everything very convenient. The best part is that the prices didn't even go up during the May Day holiday, which is incredibly fair. The only drawback is that they are currently undergoing renovations, so it's a bit noisy during the day. However, we were out exploring during the day, so we mostly avoided the noise. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I found it's location to be perfect for my purpose for exploring Kunming Guandu region. There is a subway station within 12-15 mins walk (a little bit far) but it's just a few stops from Kunming Railway station. The room is spacious and the room rate is quite reasonable, and the staff are helpful,... I ended up extending my stays several times! . The scale of the weekend street market within 3 mins walk was amazing in both size and the variety of goods and the local crowds. There is also a very popular night foodstreet beside the DaduMotian Plaza, within 5 mins walk. I ate there quite a few times during my stay. The shops in the DaduMotian Plaza is unfortunately more than half empty... apparently business had not been good in recent years... But, there are still Starbucks, Chagee, Huawei, etc and a cinema operating, although the layout of the Plaza make it difficult to locate them: They could do much better with better signages. If I have to give any suggestions for improvement: I would recommend (1) replacing the hand soap bottle as its spring doesn't work properly, making it very inconvenient to use every time! Twice, I requested the bottle to be replaced, finally I gave up, as they are all the same... so my conclusion it the bottle design or manufacturing is functionally defective! (2) providing a separate dim night lighting. The toilet lights are too bright to be left on as night light.

1. The location is very convenient, with a large shopping mall and supermarket just downstairs. 2. The hotel has its own underground parking lot, but there is no charging pile. 3. The hotel room is clean and tidy, the water pressure in the shower is very sufficient, the breakfast is rich, and there is a laundry room and a gym. 4. The room is relatively quiet, which is especially important for someone like me who likes quiet. 5. The hotel service staff is very polite. This is very important. Only a hotel that is enthusiastic, patient and friendly can accumulate customers.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, and there are many snack shops nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, so I slept very soundly at night. The front desk lady was enthusiastic and processed my check-in super quickly. She even proactively offered tips for local attractions. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Everything about my stay here was reliable. The location is convenient and easy to find, no detours needed. The room was clean and tidy, facilities were well-maintained, the internet was fast, and hot water supply was consistent. The bedding was comfortable against the skin, making for a very pleasant stay. Room soundproofing was also excellent. The staff were patient and efficient. The overall environment was quiet and not noisy, offering great value for money. There were no obvious downsides, making it suitable for both short stays and longer visits. It's a hotel you can confidently check into.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel's location is convenient for getting around and shopping, the room was clean and tidy with no strange odors, so I slept soundly. The facilities were complete and worked well. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and both check-in and check-out were quick. Overall, it offers great value for money. It was a comfortable stay, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.
