Five-star praise for Flower at the Kunming Delta guest services! It's inevitable to encounter small issues when traveling, but thankfully Flower was there to help me every step of the way. From getting my contact info and offering a welcome fruit basket, to later arranging a quiet, non-smoking room for me in advance, every detail was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. She was humble and polite, efficient and responsible, showing professionalism in every small aspect. Thanks to her attentive service, my entire trip was much more comfortable. Many thanks!
