The room was decent, well-equipped, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. The environment was especially good; vibrant streets were right downstairs, yet the hotel upstairs was surprisingly quiet, which was very convenient. Within about 100 meters downstairs, there are many breakfast shops, making it super easy to grab meals and snacks. There are also two large shopping malls right below, which I loved for their convenience. I just forgot to take pictures when I left!

The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a wonderfully quiet night. Check-in at the front desk was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and responsive to all requests. The location is superb, making dining and getting around very convenient. Overall, it felt cozy and secure, making it a top choice for accommodation in this city. I've already recommended it to friends and look forward to staying again.

Location: Right in the heart of the city center, making it super convenient for shopping, exploring, and hitting all the tourist spots – all within walking distance! It's a really lively area. Facilities: This is a new hotel, and it's quite clean. The rooms must be disinfected after each guest, as I could smell a slight hint of bleach 😊 Service: Parking at the hotel isn't very convenient; it's in a building across the street. However, I was really touched when I called the front desk because I had too much luggage and couldn't find the elevator. Two lovely ladies from the front desk immediately came over to the parking lot to help me with my bags. Their service-mindedness is truly commendable!

My top choice for business trips to Kunming is the Ibis Styles Nanping Pedestrian Street! The location is superb, close to the subway and the Nanping Street commercial area. The room is clean, the mattress is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk service is efficient and thoughtful, making it perfect for both work and rest. It has excellent facilities and great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

There's even a washing machine and a smart toilet that was pleasantly warm – definitely a nice touch. For just over 100, finding a guesthouse like this felt like a steal! The only minor thing was having to pay extra for disposable bath and face towels, but I brought my own anyway. Plus, they offer free luggage storage for the next day, which was super convenient. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do nearby, making it a very convenient location. I highly recommend trying the braised chicken rice noodles downstairs – absolutely delicious!

Our best stay during our family trip to Yunnan from Malaysia. The staff members carried our suitcases during check-in and check-out as our rooms were upstairs and there are no elevators in this hotel. Rooms were clean and well furnished with comfortable beds, with complimentary local treats and pu-erh tea that you can brew in the rooms. The complimentary sweet soup (late night snack), fresh soy milk and Guo Qiao Mi Xian (breakfast) were delicious with fresh ingredients. We also enjoyed the free activities such as tea-tasting and qipao/hanfu photography sessions during our stay. The hotel also has a common area on ground floor (where we had breakfast) for customers to chat, relax or enjoy their takeaway meals. Deeply appreciate the staff members for accompanying us while we wait for our ride in the rain at the e-hailing ride pick-up point (a 2-minute walk from the hotel as vehicles are not allowed to drive through).

Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel. It's a new establishment with a clean environment, conveniently located near Kunming Old Street, making transportation very accessible. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive; they even helped dry my clothes and made coffee for me. The hotel is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, and they can also provide ice. Breakfast is served at the neighboring shop, and the food is delicious, especially the wontons. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It's a perfect choice for travel and offers excellent value for money.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Within walking distance to downtown & the muslim quarter. The overall condition of the apartment is just OK. The size is good for 2 pax. The furniture & facilities look quite jaded eg bathroom vanity shelf could not be used cos it was wobbly & not fixed to the wall properly. The pantry cabinets could be replaced too. But overall, we were quite happy with the apartment.
