Not far from Kunming High-speed Railway Station, within walking distance. Located in the old town, it's very lively with plenty of food options. The hotel service was excellent, and I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows! The view from the higher floors was great. There's a laundry room, and the 15-minute quick wash was super convenient after a day out. Excellent value for money, it will be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!

In contrast to the typically cramped city-center accommodations, the rooms here are remarkably spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing an ideal sanctuary to unpack and unwind. What truly elevates the stay, however, is the exceptional service. The entire team is polite, attentive, and deeply committed to guest satisfaction—with a special shoutout to the housekeeping staff, whose hard work and helpful attitude did not go unnoticed.

The location is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Kunming Station. The rooms are on higher floors, and I think the soundproofing is pretty good for such a noisy area. The hotel service is excellent; you can always find staff even in the early hours. The breakfast spread is rich, though the restaurant lighting could be better. The elevators are the biggest issue! There are two separate elevators, and during busy times, they stop on almost every floor, but no one is there to get on or off! But overall, it's still a good hotel. ❤️

The hotel is located on a high floor in Xinduyun City, just a few minutes' walk from Kunming Station, which is incredibly convenient whether you're catching an early train or arriving late at night. Around the building, there are plenty of convenience stores and various Yunnanese snack shops, making dining and shopping very easy. The guest rooms are on higher floors, and the soundproofing is excellent; I barely heard any noise from the street below or the hallway. Although it's a smaller room type, the layout is neat and didn't feel cramped or oppressive. The overall decor is simple and refreshing, creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a short stopover. I couldn't find a single fault with the cleanliness; the housekeeping was exceptionally thorough. The floor was dust-free upon entering, and the desk and windowsill were wiped spotless. The bedding was pristine white and soft, with no stains or odors, and the 'one guest, one change' policy was reassuring. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, with no water stains or grime on the sink or shower area. The toilet, corners, and crevices were all cleaned properly, toiletries were neatly arranged, and the air was fresh without any unpleasant smells. The room facilities were complete and brand new, featuring smart room controls, a large high-definition projector, a stable air conditioner, and smooth Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming or working without lag. The mattress was medium-firm, paired with soft pillows, allowing for a good rest after a long day of travel. A kettle, disposable slippers, and storage space were all provided – a small room with everything you need. All daily essentials were covered. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions with a friendly attitude. The overall value for money is exceptional; the environment, cleanliness, facilities, and service are all top-notch. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover in Kunming and highly recommend it to all travelers.

Booked this hotel last minute for a business trip, and it was surprisingly good! The lobby was quite nice when I walked in, and they had complimentary tea available. They replenished the tea every day during my three-day stay, which was a great touch. On top of that, the room was clean, and there were plenty of dining options nearby, offering a lot of choices. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

I was looking for a hotel close to the high-speed train station when I booked, and choosing this one was definitely the right decision. It's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel to the station. They also offer luggage storage. The room was clean and the breakfast was really good. For this price, it's an unbeatable value, truly excellent! The only downside is that the hotel entrance gets very congested with traffic, so it's much easier to walk a little further out before hailing a taxi.

Hygiene: Superb! Every time I returned to the hotel, I'd see the cleaning staff tidying up, and once I even saw an auntie wiping the corridor floor with a cloth! Environment: The location is also great, close to tourist attractions and the high-speed rail station, making it very convenient to get a taxi anywhere. Service: During check-in, the young man at the lobby even specially gave me a PPT introducing nearby attractions and local delicacies – excellent! Facilities: The room layout is quite reasonable, and the voice-activated smart remote control is very convenient. The hand cream was quite nice, haha, very refreshing! The hotel also has several photo-op spots. I didn't have time to take pictures of the other things, so please imagine them yourself~
