The facilities are excellent, especially the soundproofing, which is very effective. The room itself is spacious and well-appointed, featuring a full smart home system. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing two pillows—one high and one low—allowing guests to choose their preference. This attention to detail, combined with its proximity to the train station, makes it a top choice.

We were a family of two adults and one child, and we booked two king rooms. The front desk lady informed us that the king room type we booked was only 20 square meters and there was only one on each floor, which would make communication inconvenient for us. So, she kindly upgraded us for free to two 40-square-meter king rooms with city views right next to each other. The rooms were clean and airy, and the high-floor city view was absolutely stunning, perfect for watching the sunset. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was that the bed only had power outlets and switches on one side. Our child absolutely loved the bean bag chair! The projector offered a super large screen, and unlike most hotels where you can't watch anything without a video membership, at least the movie app here let us watch whatever we wanted, and the content was very up-to-date. The bathroom didn't have a smart toilet, but the shower water pressure was incredibly strong, and the water heated up in just a few seconds, making for a very comfortable shower experience. The hotel's location is also excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Kunming Railway Station, and most food delivery services can reach it. We originally booked for one night but ended up extending our stay to three nights plus half a day. A big shoutout to the front desk staff, both the gentlemen and ladies! Our flight was suddenly canceled, and we needed to contact the airline to rebook. Since we didn't have a local phone, the front desk staff lent us their phones multiple times, which was a huge help. We are very grateful!

Having traveled to over 20 countries, this is my first time reviewing an accommodation. When you're on the road, you often miss home. But not here! We booked the Loft, with a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second, it felt just like home. We enjoyed tea daily, and the hotel even provided complimentary afternoon tea. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, always available and responsive. They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. The daily breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options! We will definitely be back.

This hotel is conveniently located near Kunming Railway Station, about a 7-8 minute walk away. Downstairs, there are bus stops for many routes, with #2 and #31 being particularly handy as they go directly to Kunming Old Street and Guandu Ancient Town. The room itself is spacious and comes with a mini-fridge. The bathroom is a little on the small side, but it's perfectly fine. On the 11th floor, there's a self-service laundry room next to a small gym. The hotel also offers a complimentary simple buffet breakfast, which is a nice convenience for guests.

I chose Orange Hotel near Kunming Station because I had an early train to catch. It's about a 10-minute walk. Shi Ying at the front desk was very helpful during check-in and also assisted us in collecting a parcel that was sent to the hotel. The room was generally clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The hygiene standards were excellent. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the soundproofing. We stayed in a room facing the street and could faintly hear people talking downstairs.

As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a faint scent of disinfectant. The sheets and duvet covers were freshly changed, and even the hangers and bathrobes smelled like they'd been sun-dried. I felt completely at ease staying there! Getting around was super convenient! There's a bus stop right downstairs, and the subway entrance is just a 10-minute walk away. It's super close to all the attractions and shopping districts, which is perfect for us 'walking warriors'! For this price, you absolutely have to book this place! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Excellent, clean, and modern. The room was small and cozy and everything was clean. I enjoyed the small window view and bedside lights. Manager was super kind, gave me water while I waited during check -in. Staff was very nice too. Free laundry. Great location. 5minutes walk from north exit (train station). Also close to many restaurants, coffee shop, supermarket, and a local market area that sells toys for cheap. Hotel is in 6 building 14 floor. Thank you !! 😊

I arrived at the hotel around 1 AM. The Kunming airport shuttle bus goes directly to Kunming Railway Station, and it was less than a 10-minute walk from there. This is perfect for lazy travelers like me, as I could sleep in the next day before catching my bullet train. The hotel sign was quite visible, even late at night. Turning right out of the hotel brings you to the subway station, and a bit further is Kunming Railway Station itself, making it incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of supermarkets and eateries nearby.
