"We spend two nights at the Lenkerhof with our two children (11 and 14 years old). The facilities of the hotel are very nice and the location is great for hiking. The pools are also very nice. The indoor pool is not too crowded and it is easy to to laps. The outdor pools has great mountain views and is really nice. We very much enjoyed our stay there. The quality of the food at the restaurant is really great. It has a rating of 15 (out of 20 from Gault et Millau) but it seems to be much better than that. For example the food in this restaurant is definitely better (more crative and simply more tasty) than the Table d'Edgar of the Lausanne palace (17 points in the same guide). The only complaint I would have is that the beds are very firm (and I like firm beds); given that this is a 5 star hotel, I think they should think about investing in new mattresses (actauuly our 14 year old son woke up the second night at 5am and decided to finish his night on the sofa (we had booked junior suites that had sofas)."

"Rooms simple, but everything available; cleaning at the beginning perfect, then declining; staff very friendly and hearty; breakfast buffet rich; very good quality; everything fresh; very good bread; only negative point; dust suction during breakfast. With the guest card of the hotel, all wire trails are free of charge. Rooms with balcony; view of the mountains and the ice-shoe! Restaurant Chufferchessi (separately conducted): Special, creative variations of mixed salads. Meat always onto the point brat, well tasted. "Ένα Σάββατο βράδυ έπρεπε να πάω να δω έναν γιατρό, βρήκαν τον τύπο στην περιοχή σε κλήση και μετά ο διευθυντής, Μπιόρν Χάιμαγκαρτνερ, με οδήγησε και αρνήθηκε να μου αποζημιωθεί. Μετά από λίγο καιρό, με βοήθησαν να πιάσω ένα τρένο, με κάλεσαν να βεβαιωθώ ότι το έπιασα και έκανα ένα ειδικό δείπνο μετά από ώρες για μένα και τους φίλους μου."
