The hotel has a tennis court, a swimming pool and a free sauna, which are much larger than I thought. I recommend that you book a suite above the basic room type, which will be much better than the basic room type. There are not many breakfast options and the taste is average, but there is a very cute kitten near the kitchen. The key point is that the room is completely dark after the curtains are drawn, which is very friendly to people who have high requirements for the sleeping environment. The basic food in the hotel tastes average and needs to be improved, but there is a Michelin restaurant, which we did not have time to taste and should be good."

"Μείναμε στο Hotel Son Julia σε ένα επιχειρηματικό ταξίδι και είχα μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία.Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε όμορφα, ειρηνικά μέρη ακριβώς έξω από το Llucmajor, με κομψά εσωτερικά και πολύ χαρακτήρα. Παρά την ήσυχη θέασή του, βρίσκεται πολύ εύκολα στην πόλη και προσφέρει εύκολη πρόσβαση στην Palma, S’Arenal και Es Trenc. Υπάρχουν δύο φανταστικές πισίνας στην εξωτερική πισίνα, συμπεριλαμβανομένης μιας εξαιρετικά μεγάλης πισίνας που είναι τέλεια για κολύμπι ή χαλάρωση. "Critical, but with a touch of understanding. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not satisfactory. The management seemed overwhelmed, resulting in chaotic operations. The environment was dirty and poorly maintained, making the stay unpleasant. Dinner was very basic and not particularly good, and breakfast required a lot of self-service, significantly reducing comfort. Overall, the hotel feels poorly maintained and is better suited to guests who accept low standards and enjoy being active. Maria, the hotel manager, seemed friendly, but she also appeared overwhelmed. The esoteric atmosphere might be interesting to some, but for me, it was rather confusing. This hotel might be suitable for a short, inexpensive stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a relaxing holiday."

"Our evening at Cap Rocat was, without question, one of the worst and most disappointing luxury-hotel experiences we have ever had. We paid approximately €1,000 for one evening, and what we received in return was unacceptable on almost every level. The food was extremely oily and poorly executed. The menu included pork and an octopus dish that was practically swimming in oil. Since we were unhappy with the available options, we politely asked whether it would be possible to order a steak or beef fillet instead. We were rejected immediately and very bluntly and were told that this was simply not possible. What made the situation completely absurd was that the guests at the neighbouring table were served a beautiful steak shortly afterwards. Apparently, it was possible for them — just not for us. No explanation, no effort to accommodate us, and no sign of genuine hospitality. The service throughout the evening was equally poor. The staff were unfriendly, inattentive and far from the standard one would expect from a supposedly high-end hotel. Drinks were poured incorrectly and carelessly, dishes were mixed up, and the wrong food was served. At one point, we briefly went to the restroom and the staff continued serving the table in our absence instead of waiting. There was no attention to detail, no warmth, no professionalism and absolutely no feeling that the guests mattered. For this price, the entire evening felt insulting. Cap Rocat presents itself as an exclusive luxury destination, but our experience was the exact opposite: overpriced, unwelcoming and shockingly poorly managed. A COMPLETE RIP-OFF."

"Having read some very negative reviews I was apprehensive about my trip. However, I was very impressed both by the hotel and the staff. I was in one of the older rooms and although basic, it was clean, functional and entirely reasonable. I had an all-inclusive package and the food was amazing. Great choice and something different every day, I only paid £36 to get all-inclusive and it was good value for money. If you want to drink bottomless alcohol all day then it's not for you, but I wanted good food at a reasonable price and that's what I got. All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. My room was serviced every day and I had no issues with noise disruption at night. The hotel is up a hill so may cause some issues for people with impaired mobility but getting around the hotel is fine. Despite being high season I never had a problem getting a sunbed or had long queues at the bar or in the restaurant. Overall, you get what you pay for and I was very happy and would return."

The pool was absolutely amazing—a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. A very special thank you to Luisa, who was an exceptional host. She was incredibly warm, responsive, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Her genuine hospitality made us feel right at home and made our stay even more memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back. Thank you, Luisa, for such a wonderful experience!"

"The basic room is really basic. There isn't even a kettle... It was barely given any attention; the entire shower wall was covered in mold, which could have been cleaned. 360 turn to grab toilet paper. 2 head hits on the shelf above the bed… The whole property lacks design thinking. I'd say they're more focused on renting it as a whole, for weddings, etc., than on the individual experience, which is understandable: location, space, competition. But 3-5 details would make a huge difference. :) Nevertheless I think the other rooms are much better. They were just a bit tired, end of the season. The pool is fabulous; we were allowed to enjoy it after checkout, which was very appreciated, considering our flight was at 5:00 PM. The breakfast is excellent; thank you, Camila, for the delicious scrambled eggs and friendly chat; the rating went up that morning. 💫 But we won't be returning or recommending it to our friends and family."

"We stayed at the Globalis Māoris hotel in Majorca as a family, what really made it special was Maya from the entertainment team. Maya was absolutely amazing with our daughter and went above and beyond to make her feel included and happy. She was so engaging during the children’s activities, especially the painting sessions, and she did a great job painting her face. Our non-stop crazy 2 year old was so relaxed that she actually fell asleep whilst having her face paint done! It’s clear that Maya genuinely cares about the children and loves what she does"
