"Very small room but with all you need. This was the perfect stay for one night on the way from Spain to Belgium. Just by the highway. Cheap and dogs are welcome. The lady at the reception was very polite and nice as we arrived. I would not choose to take the breakfast again, it was very, very, basic. Not really worth it. All in all, I recommend this hotel."

"We came to bordeux to go to The Weeknd concert and check-in was at 14:00. We had to be at the stadium at 15:00/16:00. We arrive at 14:00 to the hotel and attempted multiple times to pay for the check-in but the machine was no longer working. Contacted someone who works onsight, horrible horrible customer service skills. Told us that the manager will come at 17:00 and we should go and come back at that time. The lady then shouted at me saying to go and come back or cancel my reservation because there was nobody onsight to help. 7 different families were stranded outside in the same situation. Eventually she hung up while I was mid sentence and just stopped answering the phone even when other people tried to call. Told her I was pregnant and I needed the bathroom, she said there's nothing she can do and I should find another toilet to use. Ended up cancelling my reservation and booking at the ACE Hôtel which had much much better hospitality and very close by."

"No more breakfasts available because "there are currently too many guests at the hotel"! A room that hadn't been made up (bed unmade and towels used). Payment made online when booking, and demand to repay on site on the grounds that when booking, only my Visa card imprint had been taken. In fact, my bank account had indeed been debited. No response to my refund request email."

"The reception staff is horribly rude while they put me in a room that wasn't made. I had to go back to the reception to signal the man. In next room, the soap provider didn't work. No toilet paper. The wifi system didn't work. The night receptionist who told me he would be available all night was not. A guy smoking outside wanted to go into my room. ..the day receptionist is very agressive, she shouted at me. She didn't want to give me her name. She didn't wear her badge...and the room is pretty oppressive. ..l went next door at Ibis budget where the staff is adorable , Mohamed and Laetitia "
