"Είναι το πιο ικανοποιητικό μέρος που ζήσαμε για 20 μέρες στην Ιταλία. Η βίλα ήταν ένα παλαιό σπίτι, ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ένα ευγενές απόγονος, όμορφο και ευγενικό, πολύ λεπτομερές, μεγάλη αυλή, ωραιότατη διακόσμηση, ιταλικό πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό. Είναι το καλύτερο ψωμί που έχουμε φάει στην Ιταλία, λεπτή και νόστιμη, και είναι απρόβλεπτη και μας βοηθά να χειριστούμε κάτι πολύ δύσκολο, και μας δίνει μεγάλη εντύπωση. Σας συμβουλεύω να μείνετε εδώ στην πόλη του Λούκα, με πολύ υψηλή τιμή. Ευχαριστώ, όμορφη κυρία!"

"When booking directly via email, I was confirmed with availability for room and breakfast. At check-in, I was told that breakfast was not available. If I had known this before, I certainly would not have booked (zero fairness!). Bathroom with shower that if you get in, turn on the hot water and get out immediately, perhaps the second person can avoid the torture of washing with freezing water! The two stars are for the convenient location to reach the walls in a few minutes on foot."

"Davide helped coordinate a van from Lucca to Monterosso Al Mare for the next morning during a Trenitalia rail strike. We were supposed to travel by train, so this was a great alternative with very short notice. Azura who works the rooftop bar was very hospitable and friendly. We enjoyed her service both nights."

"My husband found this hotel while we were traveling through Italy. We had a great stay after checking in we went to the restaurant attached the octopus was out of this world and we shared a lucca special dessert which was delicious. Room was clean staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitly would recommend."

"Spectacular in every way! This one of a kind boutique property is absolutely gorgeous. Every detail and comfort is here! My husband and I feel like we are in Tuscan heaven. We don’t ever want to leave. We have traveled all over Italy and this property by far exceeds any other hotel residence. We also noticed several recognizable faces staying here but only saw them at glance entering the building because each residence/room is very private. No more staying in Florence - Lucca and Grand Universe is our new home away from home. Staff goes above and beyond as well. I almost forgot - a butler is on sight to handle any special needs. Breakfasts at their sister property a few doors down The Grand Universe Lucca is also amazing."
