The suites, living room and room are large in size, with a total of 2 large beds, which are very comfortable to sleep. The facilities are slightly old, but the sanitation is very good. A little distance from the city, there is a large supermarket within 15 minutes of walking.

This place is a little gem. 10 minutes drive from Lucca and a wonderful base to see the sites around Tuscany. We stayed here for a week and got home yesterday. The staff are amazing a shout out to all the staff in the restaurant at breakfast and evening who we have chats and lots of laughter with they really are a credit to this place. The reception staff were all amazing also nothing was to much trouble always had a smile on their face. The room was lovely and big, beautiful bathroom and amazing windows with shutters. I asked Stefano a lot of questions as I went to my mother's company with health problems and my intention is to make her happy ..... My feelings were right. It is also thanks to Stefano in Brunella and all the staff including the mythical dog Zigghy and the fabulous cat I managed to make her happy. We asked whether it was possible to stay one day more and fortunately they managed to satisfy us. Besides the excellent room, cleaning and fabulous breakfast, ... There is much more ... What makes this place a fabulous is : their professionality, gentleness, sympathy and simplicity ( you immediately perceive the love they have for their work and that they have to do with the work of the people. They do everything to make you feel good.) You really feel like home and super cocktailed . Respirate pure air immersed in a spectacular quietness. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 5 days and we loved every minute ! It was amazing ! People were lovely and anything we needed help with such as public transport or ordering a taxi they were happy to help. We booked breakfast included which was definitely worth it as the breakfast had a variety of options and it was delicious. The location of the hotel wasn’t in the central of Pisa but still a great place to have it and a bus stop is right outside the hotel so once we had figured out the bus system it was super useful. Overall a great hotel and great customer service.

I booked one day to just sleep over at this place, but really loved its service and the facilities. Breakfast was tasty and had multiple options. The only minus is the location, which is around 25 minutes' walk to the city center and 40 minutes to the railway station.
