"Had an excellent week. Stayed in a family room which although could have been bigger was well laid out and had a good amount of storage. Bathroom layout was also very well done with Shower and loo both in own sections and again plenty of storage. The room was spotless. Hotel is in a fab location just across from the piste and ski school meeting points. Being at the top end of the village meant there was very little traffic going by. Bootroom was excellent with a large locker per room with drying facilities etc. Swimming pools were a great addition, we used both the children's (which did get very busy at times) and the indoor / outdoor pool in the main Spa. Lovely after a full day on the mountain. Family steam room / sauna were also great. I wish I'd booked a message as the spa looked very inviting! Breakfast was excellent with anything and everything you could possibly want, from a juicer to the full cooked breakfast and everything inbetween. We only had lunch at the hotel once (the provision on mountain was excellent and very well priced so we didn't bother heading back to the hotel), it was fine but not as good as lunch / dinner. I liked the fact you were allocated a table for the week so no worries about table readiness, it was always waiting for you. The drinks at the bar were also well priced for a hotel of this rating. A glass of wine from about €6 and similar for beer from memory. Overall very happy with the experience and would definitely consider for a future ski holiday."

Για αυτό το επίπεδο τιμών, το ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετική αξία. Θετικό: λέσχη παιδιών και δραστηριότητες παιδιών. Τα παιδιά μιλούν ακόμα για λέσχη παιδιών Τέμυ και μασκότ. Υπάρχουν πολλά δραστηριοποιητικά για παιδιά. Δωμάτιο: πολύ ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Ποτά: υπάρχει μεγάλη επιλογή τροφίμων διαθέσιμων. Ποιότητα: νέα καθαρή και ευρύχωρη περιοχή ευημερίας. Οι αρνητικές: ορισμένες περιοχές του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ παλιές. Ποιότητα των τροφίμων δεν ήταν τόσο μεγάλη. Πολύ αλμυρά και προετοιμασμένα τρόφιμα και κέικ, συν τις περιόδους κορυφής του μπουφέ μπορεί να είναι λίγο άγρια. Αλλά φυσικά, είναι σε σχέση με την τιμή που πληρώνετε... για την τιμή που πληρώσαμε, ήταν ακόμα μεγάλη αξία και θα κλείσουμε πάλι εκτός εποχής."

"Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Jufa Hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations due to several issues, with the most significant being the unavailability of the sauna. Before booking, I specifically chose your hotel because of its advertised wellness facilities, including the sauna. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I could not use it. No prior notice was given about this, and no clear explanation was provided when I inquired. This was extremely disappointing, as the sauna was one of the main reasons for my choice, and I feel that I did not receive the service I paid for. Additionally, the room I was given did not match the description on your website. It was much smaller than advertised, and some amenities were missing. The furniture appeared worn out, and the overall cleanliness did not meet the standards I expected. Furthermore, I was quite surprised by the attitude of your staff. I found them to be unhelpful and not particularly welcoming. Hospitality is a crucial part of any hotel experience, and I was disappointed to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Another issue I encountered was with housekeeping. While the cleaning staff did come in to make the bed, they did not replace the towels, even though they were clearly used and left in a way that indicated they needed changing. This lack of attention to detail added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, my stay at Jufa Hotel was far from what I had anticipated. I believe that if a service is advertised, it should be available, and if a problem arises, guests should be informed in advance. Additionally, proper customer service and housekeeping standards should be maintained at all times. "* We made a reservation for 1 night [arrival Aug 10] for a superior suite. * However on our way to your hotel we got notified from home that there was a personal emergency which forced us to drive home immediately without our planned overnight in Austria. * We called immediately your hotel to cancel our reservation. * Reception confirmed that there would be a cancellation fee of 120 Euro due to late cancellation. However upon verification of your payments we noticed that the full amount was charged i.e. 246.60 Euro. NO REACTION ON ANY MAIL FROM THE HOTEL !"

"A nice and cozy hotel where we stayed for 7 nights. It was great fun for our son (6 years old) and daughter (7 years old). There was plenty for them to do inside and outside the hotel, including a fantastic play basement and an indoor pool (not very big but fine, and next to the larger pool a smaller pool for the even younger kids; by the way, you can't just access the pool, you need your room key for that, so it's good for safety). Additionally, several activities were organized in the evening (magician: was great, disco night: could have been a bit more exuberant, arts and crafts: was fun). At the back of the hotel, there was a fantastic garden with plenty of opportunities for climbing and scrambling, jumping on a bouncy castle and trampoline, very cute bunnies to cuddle, and a fishing pond. The room was neat and spacious enough. You are out and about most of the day anyway. Great closet space for all the clothes, a practical seating area to play a game together or just enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and the safe provided is always handy too. There was a bunk bed for the children that was separated from the double bed by a curtain (the curtain didn't stay in the rails very well if you pulled on it a bit harder). The mattresses weren't comfortable; they sagged really quickly, which in my opinion really needs to be addressed. The bathroom was okay, shower in the tub and toilet also in the bathroom; the bathroom door needed some WD-40. The door from the hallway to the room slams shut, so watch your fingers. Otherwise, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Handy brochures are available near the reception desk with all sorts of fun things to do and see in the area. Tips: Nocky's Almzeit, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Raggaschlucht, Bergbahn Gerlitzen, Panoramabahn Kreuzeck, and Weissensee. So nice, I'm almost getting homesick just writing it down again. Make sure you arrange a Kärnten Card (discount card); this saves a lot on costs. We got it included with our All-inclusive package. For the adults, there wasn't much to do in the hotel in the evening, and it soon got dark downstairs in the restaurant/bar area around 9:30 PM. We do not drink alcohol, and regarding non-alcoholic drinks, there was only one type of beer available, which unfortunately ran out quickly. The atmosphere in the hotel in the evening for adults and the availability of non-alcoholic drinks is a minor point for improvement. There is also a sauna in the hotel for adults, but we did not use it; it did look neat, though. The food and drinks were okay. Don't expect any culinary masterpieces. Breakfast: fine, multiple options and more than enough. There was also the option to take food away for lunch and pack it up. Lunch: didn't eat at the hotel, as we were constantly out and about. Later in the afternoon, pastries were available from which you could help yourself. Dinner: you could make multiple choices in the evening regarding food, which was served in warming trays/chafing dishes, among other things. There was also a"
