My biggest mistake was to rent this place. and this that your advertising is very good. but NOT THAT WERE TO see! . first error is that your location in Airbnb is bad. sends you to another address that is not. I continue to call Reception to ask for location because I am not from Managua. and they never sent it to me. I decided to search on the internet and finally arrived. when I came to reception the young woman was chatting and without saying hello he told me ”wait”. I don't forget to say there was a empty water bottle on the front desk what indicates me was not sanitation. after 25 I was not surprising that I had rented the room. Highly recommend this place for anyone who has to deal with the Managua airport. I had a 6am flight, and this hotel includes breakfast starting at 4am, and was only a 5 miniute drive to the terminal. It is also in a gated neighborhood, which made me feel a lot better after seeing the streets of Managua. Food was okay, they have a bar. Room pretty basic but nice enough. Very impressed by how easy and safe this hotel is for a layover in Managua

The facilities are nice BUT they are lacking good service, It’s just just not there. Let me tell you from the beginning this place is NOT LGBTQ friendly, I spent a night here with my partner and the staff was very rude and kept looking at us in a very judgmental way, nobody gave us that welcoming feeling you expect from a place where you visit for the first time specially if you’re paying for the service and expect great things. From the beginning there were many issues. As a 5-star Hotels Forbes Trainer I can tell you they need to fix many things 1. The front desk staff is NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE about packages and what’s included in the price I booked my reservation online and never received any confirmations nor any details via email, I had to call the hotel and ask for them to process the reservation. Again the front desk lady knew nothing about it and had me call Marjorie? For more details. 2. They did not give me any details about breakfast when checking in and we missed it. The front desk Lady was rude and dismissive she did not provide any details about the services and where to find stuff around the hotel. 3. They did not give us the welcome cocktail 4. I asked for a different wine than the one included in the package and even though they couldn’t change it for free, they still did not offer me another option even as an extra cost, which I would’ve pay for if offered 5. During dinner, the server was so worried about 2 men enjoying their romantic package that she messed up my order and brought the wrong plate (never apologized for it) 6. The servers at Azul are rude and just not welcoming. Customer Service it’s just not present, it’s just plain rude and horrible service. In the end they have the facilities and they’re nice but they’re lacking great staff and great service. NOT recommended at all specially if you’re local, if I ever come back it might be just because of the American set up they have in most of the facilities but not because I was happy during my stay.

I don't forget to say there was a empty water bottle on the front desk what indicates me was not sanitation. after 25 I was not surprising that I had rented the room. Highly recommend this place for anyone who has to deal with the Managua airport. I had a 6am flight, and this hotel includes breakfast starting at 4am, and was only a 5 miniute drive to the terminal. It is also in a gated neighborhood, which made me feel a lot better after seeing the streets of Managua. Food was okay, they have a bar. Room pretty basic but nice enough. Very impressed by how easy and safe this hotel is for a layover in Managua

Let me tell you from the beginning this place is NOT LGBTQ friendly, I spent a night here with my partner and the staff was very rude and kept looking at us in a very judgmental way, nobody gave us that welcoming feeling you expect from a place where you visit for the first time specially if you’re paying for the service and expect great things. From the beginning there were many issues. As a 5-star Hotels Forbes Trainer I can tell you they need to fix many things 1. The front desk staff is NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE about packages and what’s included in the price I booked my reservation online and never received any confirmations nor any details via email, I had to call the hotel and ask for them to process the reservation. Again the front desk lady knew nothing about it and had me call Marjorie? For more details. 2. They did not give me any details about breakfast when checking in and we missed it. The front desk Lady was rude and dismissive she did not provide any details about the services and where to find stuff around the hotel. 3. They did not give us the welcome cocktail 4. I asked for a different wine than the one included in the package and even though they couldn’t change it for free, they still did not offer me another option even as an extra cost, which I would’ve pay for if offered 5. During dinner, the server was so worried about 2 men enjoying their romantic package that she messed up my order and brought the wrong plate (never apologized for it) 6. The servers at Azul are rude and just not welcoming. Customer Service it’s just not present, it’s just plain rude and horrible service. In the end they have the facilities and they’re nice but they’re lacking great staff and great service. NOT recommended at all specially if you’re local, if I ever come back it might be just because of the American set up they have in most of the facilities but not because I was happy during my stay.
