"The worst Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's actually the same structure as a Motel 6, with two floors and an L layout. You park your car in front of your room. The biggest problem is that the room has a peculiar smell. The bathroom sewer is full of stench. I tried to plug the hole with something to solve the problem, but it didn't work. It was late to check in, and I didn't have the energy to negotiate with the hotel. I just had to make do with it for one night. The funniest thing was the breakfast the next day. I've never seen such a stingy hotel breakfast in the United States. There was no yogurt, milk, or cake. You actually had to ask for hot fried eggs, fried potatoes, and unpalatable fried sausages. Someone served them to you, and they were limited. The problem is that this hotel is not cheap. It's about the same as the Hilton and Westin in downtown San Francisco. I looked at the map and saw that there was a **Uncle supermarket next to this hotel. I was going to shop there, but who knew that the supermarket was closed. This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in abroad. In addition, the hotel also deducted a dollar when I checked in, and I'll see if it's returned later."

"Hotel is marketed on Trip.com website as being 3.5km from Sausalito (where we wanted to stay close to in Marine county) - it is actually 8 miles by driving (maybe 3.5 km by direct distance via water with no public transport) where's the truth in advertising Lodge is more like a slighly better end motel and not really a hotel or a higher end "lodge" (see pic) On check in, first assigned room has broken toilet, it was around 4 pm and the technician on site was "gone for the day" Changed to a second room, no major disfunction except the smoke detector was covered by a taped on white towel ( see pic) really weird. For the price it charged, close to USD 280 a night, it was really expensive - and one other surprise came after paying thru Trip.com was an addtional charge of around USD 28 of hotel fees that came afterwards at the hotel on top of the Trip.com payment. So it came as 2 separate billings and more expensive than what Trip.com marketed. And was there any service they actually offered for this ?"

"The room is spacious and has a sink outside the bathroom, making it easy to use. However, the bathroom is small and the water pressure in the shower is too weak. Another downside is that there is a lot of noise from upstairs guests walking around. The backyard and swimming pool, which are directly connected to the rooms on the first floor, are good, and nearby restaurants are nearby and highly recommended."

"We book for a room of 5. There wasnt a lot of space. There was a bit of ***** hair in the covers. The place looks like a jail cell so it just feels like the vibes are off and depressing. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. We tried to go to the pool and the was so many particles in the water and the floor around the pool was dirty. In addition the water is murky we decided not to swim in the pool. The breakfast was not as good as other hilton hotel. Parking was 15 for no bell service. Overall poor service when there not much to eat around the areas. There was a unresolved spill near the elevator."

"Το ξενοδοχείο διατίθεται σε Trip.com ιστοσελίδα ως 3.5km από το Sausalito (όπου θέλαμε να μείνουμε κοντά στην επαρχία της θάλασσας) - είναι στην πραγματικότητα 8 μίλια με οδήγηση (ίσως 3.5 km με απευθείας απόσταση μέσω νερού χωρίς δημόσια μεταφορά) όπου η αλήθεια είναι στη διαφήμιση Το Lodge είναι περισσότερο σαν ένα ελαφρώς καλύτερο μοτέλ τελικής και όχι πραγματικά ξενοδοχείο ή υψηλότερο τελικό "lodge" (βλέπε pic) Όταν επισκεφθήκατε, το πρώτο δωμάτιο που είχε καταχωρηθεί έσπασε την τουαλέτα, ήταν περίπου 4 το απόγευμα και ο τεχνικός στην τοποθεσία ήταν "απογευματισμένος για την ημέρα". Μετατροπή σε δεύτερο δωμάτιο, δεν υπήρξε καμία σοβαρή δυσλειτουργία εκτός από τον ανιχνευτή καπνού που είχε καλυφθεί από μια ταινία σε λευκή πετσέτα (βλέπε εικόνα) πραγματικά παράξενη. Για την τιμή που χρεώθηκε, κοντά σε 280 δολάρια τη νύχτα, ήταν πραγματικά ακριβή - και μια άλλη έκπληξη ήρθε μετά την πληρωμή του Trip.com ήταν πρόσθετη χρέωση περίπου 28 δολάρια των τελών ξενοδοχείου που έφτασε στη συνέχεια στο ξενοδοχείο πάνω από την πληρωμή Trip.com. Έτσι, ήρθε ως 2 ξεχωριστές τιμολόγια και πιο ακριβά από ό,τι Trip.com πωλήθηκε. Και υπήρχε κάποια υπηρεσία που πραγματικά προσφέρθηκαν γι' αυτό;"
