I’ve stayed in this area a few times before but the location and comfort of the Rovera now makes it my go to. Perfect location, comfortable bed and large balcony helped make my stay relaxing and enjoyable!"

The Sebel Maroochydore

"Two bedroom apartment which was very spacious with lovely views of the ocean but a little tired around the edges. It’s the construction site next door which is off putting, the noise starts at 7.30am during the week, certainly not relaxing. I know it’s not the complex’s fault but a factor to think about when booking. We had a few problems, an outdoor chair collapsed whilst being sat on, our room keys kept on malfunctioning and when reset they would then cancel the other three. We had four people in the room, this caused massive problems. On the whole would have stayed again but not while construction continuing. Pool area OK but lack of loungers."

"Problems started at check in. Demanded an extra payment despite everything having been paid in full. Tried to claim it was a booking on ******* which they hadn’t received payment from. Had to get the travel agent American Express involved to reverse it. They refused to record my Accor membership against the booking, despite the fact that I wasn’t expecting any points as it was an external booking. Eventually got to the room. Nice setup, would have been very good 10 years ago but now has a LOT of wear and tear. Bench tops are chipped. Only one bedroom air conditioned. Bbq rusted. Outdoor fridge rusting away. Probably should have read the other reviews before booking as it would seem this experience is quite common."

"Μεγάλο 2 κρεβάτι 2 μπάνιο, (άλλες διαθέσιμες ρυθμίσεις) ό,τι χρειάζεστε, αρχικά πακέτα εφοδιάζονται, αλλά το σούπερ μάρκετ δίπλα αν χρειάζεστε επιπλέον. Καθαρό, καλά καθορισμένο και συντηρημένο. Βαλκόνι. Ησυχία, φιλικοί διαχειριστές, ασφαλές πάρκινγκ, εύκολη περπάτηση σε καφετέρια και εστιατόρια, και ηλιόλουστη πλατεία."

"I think it is a stretch to call this accommodation Deluxe. Floors were grubby as was cutlery which was a collection of about 5 different styles and badly tarnished. The balcony was dirty as the building had just been power-washed and the patio furniture rusty with one chair having no arms. its a good location though and secure parking is appreciated"

"Have just returned to NZ after 3 weeks staying at The Rise. This was our second stay and we have rebooked for next year. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are very modern and stylish with magnificent views all round. We had a two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, laundry, fantastic living, dining area and gorgeous sunny balcony. It is very handy to shops, restaurants and beach. A must stay!"

"Περάσαμε πρόσφατα 4 νύχτες στο Διαστημικό Διαμέρισμα και είχαμε την πιο υπέροχη στιγμή. Οι οικοδεσπότες Ντενίζ και Γκρεγκ όπου ήταν πολύ χρήσιμοι με συμβουλές για εστιατόρια. τοπικές θέρετρα τοπικά κέντρα κ.λπ. γκαράζ Ρικς δεν θα πήγαμε ποτέ, αλλά ήταν καταπληκτικό. Η περιοχή αισθάνεται πολύ ασφαλής και η πρόσβαση σε δραστηριότητες νερού και πάρκα είναι μόλις πέρασε τον δρόμο αν βαρεθείτε να πηδάτε γύρω από την πισίνα."
