"Glass windows at the top of the doors which provided zero privacy in respect of noise. Being woken by a couple across the hallway screaming “I’m going to squirt” was not what we expected, nor easy to explain to our 8 year old son. Bathroom was provided with only two towels, when we asked for a third the housekeeping refused. Bath had no attachment to hold the shower head and was missing tiles. We requested an iron only after six calls did it arrive by a male staff member insisting to enter our room and then stating “you have this for ten minutes then I’m back to take it” Breakfast was too heavily policed, more so when several of us staying were dignitaries for a state event nearby. Evening staff in the main block restaurant spent more time chatting than serving. Very disappointing stay"

Ήσυχη και άνετη τοποθεσία, μεγάλα δωμάτια, καθαρά, επαρκές ντους, άνετα κρεβάτια, προσιτή τιμή, καλό πρωινό, υψηλό δείπνο με μπουφέ. Για μια νύχτα στο αεροπλάνο μπορείτε να κάνετε. Δεν δίνουν το μπάνιο για το ντους, αλλά μόνο δείγματα, είναι αφοσιωμένοι, αλλά μπορείς να κάνεις περισσότερα, αλλά μάλλον θα γυρίσω, στο τέλος είναι καλοί."

"I’m traveling from the U.S. Nim has a nice location away from the noise of night life in the city of Mbarara which I had problems w before. Nice setting, nice views, nice clean rooms. Staff is exceptional and very attentive to your needs. Food was also good. I’m here for a week and see no cons yet. Also reasonable price. Thumbs up."
