"Επιστρέφουμε από 10 ημέρες ως οικογένεια των 5, με τρία παιδιά ηλικίας 11, 14 και 15 ετών για να ξεκαθαρίσουμε οποιαδήποτε παρεξήγηση σχετικά με τη χρήση της Sheraton Pool και των εγκαταστάσεων ξενοδοχείου. Ως κράτηση Jet 2, είχαμε πλήρη πρόσβαση στις εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου Sheraton, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της χρήσης της εξωτερικής πισίνας και ηλιόλουθων στη στεριά. Είχαμε πρόσβαση σε κάρτες κλειδιών που μας άφησαν στις πύλες της παραλίας και μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε τις μπανιέρες, τις πετσέτες, τα ηλιοθεραπεία καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Πιστεύουμε ότι αν κάνετε ανεξάρτητη κράτηση μέσω του ξενοδοχείου απευθείας ή άλλων ταξιδιωτών, αυτό δεν ισχύει και δεν μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε την πισίνα. Είναι σαφές ότι στην ιστοσελίδα Jet2 μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε την πισίνα, αλλά αυτό είναι μόνο αν κάνετε κράτηση μέσω Jet2. Εάν κάνετε κράτηση άμεσα τα διαμερίσματα, δεν μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε το Sheraton ή την πισίνα. Δεν είναι επίσης σαφές ότι στα διαμερίσματα 2-κρεβατιών, λαμβάνετε ένα παρθένο σε και τα δύο τουαλέτες. Ήμασταν ευχάριστα έκπληκτοι όταν φτάσαμε για να βρούμε δύο μπάνια με διπλές νιπτήρες, ντους, μπάνιο και τουαλέτα σε κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο. Πολύ χρήσιμο με εφήβους! Είχαμε δύο παιδιά σε ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και το τρίτο ήταν γεμάτο με ένα διπλό καναπέ στο σαλόνι, το οποίο ήταν τέλειο για μας. Δύο χοτ, χωρίς φούρνο, υπάρχει μικροκυμάτων και ψυγείο (αλλά δεν υπάρχει ψυγείο) Παρέχεται ένα δοχείο και μια μηχανή Nespresso και ρόδες και ανεβαίνει καθημερινά Καθαριστήρα είναι σπουδαίο. Λίγα βήματα στην παραλία, μερικά βήματα στην πισίνα, το καλύτερο από τους δύο κόσμους. Είναι σχετικά ήσυχα, με μερικά εστιατόρια που διασκορπίζονται. Θα προτείναμε πολύ περισσότερα διαμερίσματα από ένα δωμάτιο ξενοδοχείου και μεγάλες εγκαταστάσεις."

"A seaside resort hotel with a private beach. There is a 2-kilometer running track on the beach, where you can also take a walk. There is an indoor swimming pool that is relatively shallow, basically for children to play in the water. The room is spacious, comfortable and quiet. You can drink coffee and enjoy the scenery on the balcony to kill time. The buffet breakfast is delicious."

"Apartments Villa Enzian comfort. It is of superb quality 5*****. It is impeccably clean. Maria was very helpful and informative for all our requirements. On a day with a high temperature of 34C, it was appreciated to receive fantastic consideration, a cool white wine, and cold drinks in the fridge upon arrival. The accommodations for four individuals were exceptional, with two suites and a third bathroom located in the hallway. At night, the air conditioning in the bedrooms was quiet and life-saving when set on silent mode, while it was also quiet during daylight hours. The beds are both clean and comfortable. The living room is spacious and spacious, and the patio doors allow access to a stunning seaview with a view of the beach. Sipping wine on the veranda at night and watching the sun set was something we thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen is of high standard with all the utensils that you need. The patio doors also open onto the veranda. I would have preferred a washing machine instead of a dishwasher when staying over seven nights, but there was no need because the towels were changed during our stay. The villa is elevated on a hill, like most villas in Croatia, to take advantage of the sea views. Although the steps to Croatia's beaches are challenging, they are worth the effort. The bakery and convenience store are easily accessible by walking, and there is a safe traffic light crossing to the beach across the road. The 10 or 16 bus service to Dubrovnik is available for 3 euros and takes about 15 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apartments Villa Enzian comfort"
