Hotel Ninho do Falcão

Pousada Toca Da Coruja

Hotel Guanxi

"During my hosting, I was surprised to collect a charge considered abusive, relating to a bathroom and a face towel that, according to information, would have been swept with makeup not justifying the application of a towels are common use items and are subject to consumption (including light screws). It would only make sense to charge if there were serious permanent damage (e.g. total use) as provided for in the consumer protection code Art 39 V. Another point that disappointed us was the lack of cordiality by the team. At several times, I felt a low-receptive position, with cold treatment and, in some situations, that significantly compromised the experience as a guest. I believe that hospitality and good care are fundamental aspects of any hosting service, and unfortunately this has not been observed during my stay."
