The front desk staff who checked us in were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They proactively helped with our luggage, thoughtfully guided us to our room, and were patient and attentive throughout. The complimentary value-added services were a real treat: afternoon tea, fresh fruit, tea, and snacks were available during the day, making it a very pleasant way to relax after sightseeing. Later at night, we could even get a bowl of piping hot sour soup noodles, which was wonderfully comforting. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that made us feel at ease. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. It was an excellent experience for a family trip, and we'll definitely return for future travels. The room was even more spacious than in the pictures, with a clean and elegant modern minimalist design. The bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a well-designed separate shower and toilet, hot water came out in 3 seconds with excellent water pressure, and the toiletries had a sophisticated, pleasant fragrance. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, featuring a mix of Chinese and Western options, as well as local specialties. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, even the coffee was rich and aromatic. Drinks in the minibar were complimentary and replenished daily. The room had plenty of charging ports, and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable – perfect for both leisure and business travel. From the hardware facilities to the service details, there's nothing to complain about. The price-performance ratio is off the charts.
