"The location is great, very close to the New East Gate – you can literally turn a corner and be right at the scenic area (make sure to enter before 5 PM). The reception staff in the lobby were all very nice and even thoughtfully gave us a welcome gift. We booked a lake view room, but the surrounding buildings are a bit too dense, so it wasn't a full panoramic view, which was a minor imperfection. However, the room was quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. Although the balcony isn't completely finished, you can still enjoy a fantastic view of both the lake and the mountains. It's a really excellent choice. And the breakfast – it's absolutely outstanding! It has Xinjiang specialties that are even better than what you'd find in provincial capitals. Superb! 🥳🥳🥳 Highly recommended."

"This was the best trip ever! I travel to 3-4 cities every year, but this was genuinely the most comfortable stay. 1. The room was clean, and even though it's newly opened, there was no strange smell. 2. The staff seemed genuinely happy; even the laundry room attendant, seeing us waiting for our clothes, proactively offered us chairs to rest. 3. The key card is made of wood, which shows a great commitment to environmental protection. The in-room facilities are highly automated, and the use of space is also excellent. 4. Some of the better room types even feature a dual-zone smart sleep massage system, which truly makes it an incredible value for the price."

"A truly novel experience! While 2,000+ (RMB) felt a bit pricey, the feeling of salvation upon entering the warm room after freezing in the dark was priceless. The room had underfloor heating, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Even with outside temperatures in the low teens at night, I could shower and walk around the room without clothes and not feel cold. The only minor downside is that the electric water heater only provides hot water for about 15 minutes, but it's enough if you shower quickly. The hotel isn't directly inside the scenic area; you need to exit the East Gate and walk a bit. However, you get an unobstructed, direct view of Sayram Lake, which is stunning. You can also see the starry sky at night. If you're driving, you check in at the front desk, and then a shuttle will help with your luggage. Xiao Mu (a staff member) was very helpful. Just a few small suggestions: for such an expensive hotel, I hope the details could be more refined. The tissues in the room were of very poor quality and difficult to use. For the toilet, at least provide disinfectant wipes or disposable toilet seat covers. Also, there were too few trash cans in the room; it was inconvenient to walk around the circular room just to throw something away."

"First of all, the hotel's location and environment are good. However, I encountered a few rather outrageous problems: 1. The bathrobes were definitely not washed or not clean enough; they even had false eyelashes stuck on them! 2. The hotel service was mediocre. The invoice process was extremely slow. I confirmed the invoice several times when I left around 1:20 PM, but it still hadn't been issued by evening. The front desk seemed to be working fine when I left, but when I called them that evening, they said they were busy. 3. There was construction going on next to the hotel. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Everything else was okay."

GGuest UserFirst off, I was quite happy with the room location they assigned me at check-in. The hotel's location is convenient; the scenic area's self-drive entrance is right downstairs, and the room has a great view. However, at 12 AM on the night I checked in, four people in the adjacent room were playing cards and chatting extremely loudly. I could clearly hear every card played and the loud laughter of several women from my room, making it impossible to sleep. The poor soundproofing is mainly because the hotel room type has been modified; there's a sealed-off door in the wall between the two rooms. This door provides very poor sound insulation and definitely can't compare to a solid wall. I especially want to complain about the hotel's front desk. I called them twice to send someone to handle the situation, but no one did, and I would have known if they had, since I could hear everything next door. Eventually, I went down to the front desk in the early hours of the morning to confront them and demand they address it. Only then did the front desk speak to the people next door. Poor service, to say the least.
