"There is a yard for parking. The breakfast area is not big but the dishes are very good. The staff is enthusiastic. The room decoration has many functional areas. It was indeed the right choice."

As the day draws to a close, a soothing lavender-infused evening ritual unfolds—with the evening breeze carrying the fragrance of lavender, allowing the body and mind to gradually unwind in harmony with nature's rhythms. As the stars adorn the night sky and the waves gently lap at the shore, one can drift into a peaceful slumber, cradled by the serene atmosphere of the lake and the surrounding greenery.
"The hotel is located near the Sayram Lake Tourist Center, making it very convenient to enter the scenic area. Our room was upgraded, and we could even catch a glimpse of Sayram Lake – it was truly beautiful. However, despite being a Marriott, some of the amenities felt a bit lacking. The children's toiletries provided were dirty; it looked like they had been used and not properly cleaned before being put back in the box. Luckily, we had brought our own, so we didn't need to use theirs. The sound insulation in the room was poor. Perhaps because our room was close to the emergency exit, it was especially noisy in the morning. Still, it wasn't a huge impact on me, so it wasn't a big deal."

"I really appreciate the camp shuttle service for helping me with my heavy luggage, both from the car park to my tent and then back again. A big thank you to the service staff! The room decor was lovely, the surrounding environment was beautiful, and it was a short drive to the scenic area. It was very convenient to drive around the lake, entering and exiting through the East Gate to return to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 6 PM and left for the scenic area at 8:30 PM. Feeling that we wouldn't make it back before the restaurant closed at 11 PM, we paid in advance and arranged for our meal to be delivered to our room at 10 PM. We returned at midnight and were so happy to see our packed meal waiting on the table as promised. The next day, after checking out at 10 AM, we went back to the scenic area again, this time entering through the East Gate and exiting through the South Gate, to get another look at Sayram Lake, which we hadn't seen clearly the day before! 😄"

"A really nice B&B! **Amenities**: The room was fully equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, a wet/dry separated bathroom, and a large balcony perfect for tea and relaxing. **Environment**: It's very close to the new Sayram Lake Tourist Center, just a traffic light away by car, takes only a few minutes. After verifying your ID (provided you've bought tickets in advance), you can enter. Turning right takes you counter-clockwise around the lake, and turning left takes you clockwise. **Service**: There's a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service. Whatever you need, just message them on WeChat and they respond very quickly."

"This experience truly exceeded my expectations; overall, it was incredibly pleasant, and I have to give it a full five-star rating! From the initial booking communication to the actual on-site experience, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. There were no hidden issues, and the attention to service details was superb, making everything feel very genuine and reliable. The staff's service attitude was exceptionally gentle and patient, treating guests with warmth and courtesy. Their response time was incredibly fast, and they meticulously answered any questions, providing thoughtful and thorough service throughout. They were never perfunctory, which made us feel truly valued. The overall environment was clean and tidy, meticulously maintained, and the hygiene was excellent. Every corner was spotless and bright, with no strange odors or dirty spots. The atmosphere was quiet, comfortable, clean, and airy, making one feel instantly relaxed and at ease upon entering. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Compared to similar experiences, whether it's the quality of service, the environmental conditions, or the overall experience, it far exceeded expectations and was absolutely worth every penny. The entire process offered an excellent experience, professional yet attentive, with no disappointments whatsoever. I am extremely satisfied. I sincerely recommend this to everyone; it was a truly perfect experience! I've already saved it as a favorite and will definitely choose it again if needed in the future, and I'll also recommend it to my friends. It's a reliable choice!"

"Arrived at the hotel at 22:00, the front desk said that the garden view twin room was upgraded to a parent-child room, which is more comfortable. The actual room decoration smells super heavy. The promotional picture should be a decoration effect picture, but there is a difference in reality. The bath water is not hot (my companions were a little cold watching the sunset at Sai Lake, and wanted to take a hot bath to warm up), and it became colder and colder. The front desk said that because it was full, everyone took a bath at the same time, so the water temperature was not enough. The water was hot after taking a bath ten or twenty minutes later. I waited for an hour and the water temperature was still not hot enough. The room is indeed quite large, the bed is quite comfortable, and the bathroom is large enough for dry and wet separation, but the supporting facilities are a bit cheap. You will understand it after staying there. The breakfast is priced at 68 yuan per person. To be honest, it is expensive. There is no yogurt and coffee (the chain hotel I stayed in a few nights ago provided them). The taste is still good. There are not many varieties, but it is enough to eat."

"We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay."
