"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. The sleep was also very comfortable, and the bedding was very skin-friendly and did not cause allergies. The sound insulation was OK, not too noisy, which was good."

"Facilities: Basic facilities are OK, but there are two points: First, the charging socket is really weird. The business may think that guests generally don't have many charging devices. There is no charging device on the table, only one under the table; there is only one on the side of the bed. The business considerately considers that the guests need to go to bed early after a day of playing. Second, the underground parking lot is like post-war Iraq, with few lights. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the 24-hour beef noodle restaurant on the corner has a unique pickled cabbage noodles. Hygiene: The basic hygiene of the hotel is OK Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. In front of the hotel, there is a bus station in front of Saihu, a free parking lot in the backyard, free local calls, domestic long-distance and free WiFi in each room. Hotel meeting rooms: 2 (7 F can accommodate 150 people, 6F can accommodate 30 people) with projector, stereo, wireless microphone, etc., equipped with 5F laundry room, 2F Chinese and Western restaurant, 22 boxes, the second floor can host nearly 40 large banquets (stage has LED screen, stereo and projector), and the first floor hall can accommodate 18 tables.

"On September 26, 2025, my husband and I drove from Tangshan City, Hebei Province to Xinjiang to Sailimu Lake and checked into this hotel. It was beyond my expectation. The hotel facilities were advanced, with smart toilets, smart curtains, and very good hygiene. There were no dead corners. We stayed in 15 or 16 hotels along the way, but only this one had a body scale. It was so thoughtful to be able to weigh ourselves. It was really comfortable to stay here. GGuest UserThe East Gate is the entrance to Sayram Lake, and the Orange Hotel is very close to the entrance, making it ideal for those driving. The hotel is newly built, with all the facilities being new, and the front desk service is excellent. The hotel also shows great customer care. We booked a twin room, and they upgraded us to a mountain-view king room free of charge. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was a huge windmill, and we watched the sunrise while having breakfast in bed. On March 8th, after visiting Sayram Lake and returning to the hotel, the front desk gave us a knitted sunflower and a large box of chocolates.

GGuest UserThis stay at Boleyu Qiang Hotel was really great! Let’s talk about hygiene first. As soon as you enter the room, you feel very fresh and clean. There were no stains on the bed, the pillows and quilts smelled good, there were no water stains or odors in the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly placed. Even the corners are kept spotless, and you can tell that real effort has been put into it. Let’s talk about the service, it’s really too good to say anything about. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient when checking in. They also introduced me to the surrounding food and attractions thoughtfully. Once there was a small problem with the lights in my room, so I called customer service. The maintenance staff came shortly after. They were very kind and fixed it quickly. When I meet the staff in the corridor, they will greet me with a smile, which makes me feel very good.

GGuest UserWe spent a day at Sayram Lake. It was truly beautiful, but also incredibly cold! The wind was incredibly strong, and I almost cried from the cold. Ladies, take my advice: down jackets are a lifesaver! Looking for a place to stay that night, we stumbled upon Blue Lake International and booked a duplex room with the intention of giving it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. We arrived late, but the front desk staff, far from being impatient, were incredibly helpful in settling us in. We were greeted with hot tea upon arrival, followed by Xinjiang-style dried fruits and yogurt, which instantly soothed us! Our loft was incredibly spacious, stylishly decorated, and most importantly, incredibly warm! After a day freezing outside, stepping into the room felt like stepping into a warm embrace, a feeling of total bliss. From the hot tea and local snacks to the room decor and warmth, you could tell the hotel truly cares about its guests. If you're visiting Sayram Lake, I highly recommend Blue Lake International. It was definitely the best surprise of our trip, and a warm end to a chilly day.

MM221185****Choosing Elaine·Yilaiqian Hotel Backyard Royal Villa was absolutely the best decision we made when visiting Sayram Lake! First, a huge shoutout to Tu Tu at the front desk. Not only was she incredibly warm and patient during check-in, but she also proactively upgraded our room for free! We went from a standard room to the 'Chuanxing | Villa Style King Room,' which was much larger and more stylishly decorated. The moment we stepped in, we were drawn to the warm lighting and the simple yet upscale decor. The combination of light gray and wood tones was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was spotless and odorless, and the bathroom counter and shower area were immaculate. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into its hygiene management. What impressed me most was how quiet the hotel was. As a standalone villa-style hotel, there was absolutely no outside noise at night. Closing the windows brought complete tranquility, which is perfect for anyone wanting a good rest after a day of exploring. The in-room floor heating also gets full marks; Xinjiang winters can be very cold, but the room was warm and dry, making it comfortable to walk barefoot on the wooden floors. The breakfast on the second day also exceeded expectations. There was a wide variety, including local specialties like milk tea and pastries, as well as Western options like bread and coffee, catering to different tastes. Plus, the hotel is incredibly close to the east gate entrance of Sayram Lake scenic area, just a few minutes' drive, saving us the hassle of rushing early in the morning. All in all, this stay can be described as a 'pleasant surprise.' The clean environment, attentive service, quiet atmosphere, coupled with Tu Tu's heartwarming upgrade at the front desk, made us feel like we got great value for money. If we come back to Sayram Lake, we will definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting the area – you won't be disappointed!

The accommodation area is quiet and free from noise. However, when taking a hot shower, there's only enough hot water for one person; the next person has to wait a long time, which needs improvement. The breakfast is rich and good, and the restaurant is quite large. There were water stains on the plates, possibly indicating they hadn't been disinfected yet. Outside the window, you can see snow-capped mountains. Construction workers were redecorating the hotel's exterior, so the outdoor facilities aren't finished yet. Overall, it didn't affect our stay.
