"酒店位置好找，導航精準，附近有洗車店。前台小姑娘態度挺好，給升級了房間，説是比之前的大一點（也不知道攜程定的是什麼樣的），房間乾淨衞生，床單被子雖然不是新的，但很乾凈，床和枕頭睡着舒服，早上7：30去吃早餐，結果酒店是8點開餐（我們還認為是常規的7點開餐，去早了），但可以有什麼吃什麼，台上東西不多，勉強吃了一點。不足：整體感覺哈密這家維也納國際不大氣。如：1.衞生間護髮素已經按不出來了，裡邊還有點，但是瓶子被固定在枱子上，根本無法倒出；瓶子裏的洗手液也衹剩一個底兒；2.因要長期服中葯，需自己煎，原來出門都是自己帶大桶水，後來大多數酒店都能滿足用水需求，近兩年也就不帶了，酒店前台説一次最多給6小瓶，雖然人家是按規定辦事，但很覺無語，凡事就怕對比：昨天在嘉峪關全季入住，跟前台説要瓶裝水，很快機器人就送來8瓶，前台還説不夠隨時打電話；前天住的銀川維也納國際，電梯處就放着水，需要就去取，雖然事不大，但提現出周到的服務；3.因早餐去早了，吃的東西還不多，老公問正在操作枱上煮麪的女廚師能不能要碗麪，當即被拒絕説沒有，緊接着就撈出一碗麪給了餐廳保安；4.早餐的水果不新鮮，庫爾勒香梨有的已經蔫了且磕碰傷多，看着不乾淨，貌似沒洗過，杏子大小的油桃尖尖也是爛的，因已經用手拿過了，不好再放回去，就準備帶走，那個女廚師馬上制止説不能往外帶（倒是很負責的），等我老公説到時候評價時説下時，她馬上又説，拿吧拿吧，不夠還有。再對比一下全季，入住時前台小姑娘説第二天路上可能無法吃午飯，早餐後可以帶一點路上吃，早餐時就多拿了2個小籠包，人家不但不阻止，還貼心的給了一個袋子。不比不知道，一比差距就很明顯了。總之，在這裏沒有客人是上帝以及賓至如歸的感覺。"
