"I rarely post reviews when booking rooms online, but this time I'm so upset that I just have to vent. I chose this hotel, which is considered quite high-end, while accompanying a friend to run a marathon in Ulanqab. The check-in process and everything else was fine. However, on the day of check-out, they were repainting ground markings outside the entrance. The white paint was still wet, but there were no signs and no staff managing the area. I accidentally stepped into the wet paint, slipped, and fell. My clothes, pants, and shoes were all ruined with a lot of white paint, and I twisted my ankle, which swelled up. I asked the front desk to call the manager, but they said the manager was in a meeting and there was no one in charge available to handle the situation. Because I was in a hurry to return to Beijing, I could only leave my contact information and leave the dirty clothes and shoes at the hotel front desk. All subsequent follow-ups have been initiated by me; they never proactively contacted me. They said they would clean the clothes and shoes and send them back, and I thought, if they can clean them, that's fine. However, when they arrived, the clothes and pants were barely acceptable, but both shoes were discolored. For a hotel of this caliber, such management and service are truly astonishing."

"Facilities: This is a new hotel, very modern, clean, comfortable, and bright. The large parking lot and underground garage are particularly well-stocked, making parking convenient. Cleanliness: Excellent, cleaned promptly, and supplies replaced regularly. Environment: Convenient transportation, close to the G6 Expressway. Although not located in Jining's old town, convenient transportation is crucial. It's also close to a gas station. "It's quite surprising to find such a hotel in the middle of the vast grasslands. The exterior is ordinary, but the details are impeccable. It has everything others have, and things others don't. For example, the windows are double soundproof windows—not just double-layered, but two separate sets! Closing the windows feels like entering another pristine world. Another example is the small window in the bathroom door that lets in light; you can leave the light on at night, but it only provides a faint glow that won't disturb your sleep, and it won't make you ”lost” when you get up at night. So, although the exterior is ordinary, the interior is exceptional; it's not a 5-star hotel, but it feels just as good. Worth staying at?"

Facilities: The whole house is smart home, which is very convenient, and the smart toilet is also very comfortable. Service: The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The meat buns, millet porridge, and yogurt pancakes were all incredibly tasty. Specifically brought the kids here for Children's Day. The guesthouse environment is great, with a starry sky yurt and convenient parking. They even prepared snacks and drinks in the room. The surrounding area is beautiful and very close to the volcano attractions. The hotel also provided discount vouchers for hot spring tickets. Dining is convenient, and breakfast is excellent, with kids' meals available. On weekend evenings, they even arranged a bonfire and fireworks.

After exploring the volcano until after 6 PM, I found a yurt homestay nearby to experience what it's like. I've seen so many movies and TV shows about Mongolian nomads, and today it was my turn to sleep in a place like Princess Huazheng's! I stayed at the Aliwusu Volcano Homestay, which is just a ten-minute drive from the North Gate of the volcano. I chose a yurt with a green interior, matching the color of the grasslands, which felt very fresh. Lying in bed, I could see vast stretches of grassland with cattle and sheep grazing leisurely. The large yurt in the center served as the banquet hall, and its interior was just like what I'd seen on TV – authentic Mongolian style. After breakfast, I went up the mountain to look for agates and was surprised to find that I could see two volcanoes right from there! I also fed the sheep and rabbits. I really love the free and easy lifestyle of the nomadic people.

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel was easy to find, with convenient parking nearby, and really close to the attractions. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfy, and all the facilities were great. The overall environment was very quiet. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. It offers excellent value for money, and I had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend it, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!

The yurt-type B&B we stayed in did not have air conditioning, so we relied on the hot kang for heating at night. In a place like Ulanqab, it was too cold at night to take a shower. When we woke up in the morning, there was suddenly no water. It was said that the water supply system was broken. It was repaired, but we had other itineraries and couldn't wait for repairs. In the end, we had to spend money to buy mineral water to wash up. It was a very embarrassing accommodation experience.

This campsite must be reviewed highly, it is so good. Facilities: It has just been opened for a few days, and the facilities are very new. The bedding is very clean. The boss actually uses mattresses in the campsite. It is so surprising, especially the quilt is super comfortable and warm. Hygiene: I am a person who cares very much about housing conditions, especially bathrooms and shower rooms. I didn’t want to take a shower in a public shower room, so I went to visit it first. After the visit, I was surprised that it was very clean, so I took a quick shower before going to bed. Take a hot bath to relieve the fatigue of the day. Here comes the key point: the service is great! The service is great! The service is great! Say important things three times. The boss and all employees are very approachable, speak politely, and communicate like friends. Especially the little beauty Rong Rong, who is beautiful, kind-hearted, super cute and polite. Generally speaking, the most amazing thing about this trip to Ulanqab is not the scenic spots, but this camping trip. As a first-time camping person, I fell in love with it every minute. It gave me this kind of experience in a fast-paced city. People who are busy at work can relax like never before. Thumbs up👍👍👍

Facilities: Very complete, with all kinds of items available. Cleanliness: Clean and cozy; it's rare to find such clean and cozy accommodation in such a remote location. Environment: The filming location for ”Goodbye My Love,” the surrounding area is quiet, and the residents are all locals, very kind and simple. You can see a shepherd herding sheep right outside the door. There are bonfire activities and fireworks at night. Service: Everyone was very warm and attentive. When we arrived, our room was on the shady side and a bit cold. Worried that our child might get cold at night, the manager kindly upgraded us to a larger room on the sunny side. Thank you! 🙏🏻

The room was fairly comfortable and the service was really great. But we kept finding little beetles in our room which made me so itchy at night when sleeping. Also I don’t think they cleaned the floor because we found fake eyelashes and old contact lens on the bathroom floor which was very nasty. They have a washing machine available which was very convenient especially after spending a day in the volcanoes where it’s dusty and all our clothes were dirty. Breakfast was alright…typical inner Mongolian breakfast, nothing special. There’s actually no volcano view but it didn’t really matter much. We were on the second floor and it was nice to be up there. I wish they had better soundproofing windows because every night there’s fireworks and they were so loud and went on until midnight. With a young child, it was impossible to sleep early. Overall, the service was really great!
