"Environment: Parking is convenient. There are also restaurants within a few kilometers, which is quite convenient. The room location is excellent with a wide view. Service: Not bad. Check-in was fast. Cleanliness: Not exceptionally clean, but decent. Facilities: The shower water was inconsistent, sometimes turning cold and hot, and would briefly stop for a second before resuming. Other than that, the facilities are very good and new. There were complimentary drinks and afternoon tea upon check-in. Breakfast was also decent! They offered Inner Mongolian specialties like milk tea, shaomai, and lamb offal soup."

"Given the low price, I initially had low expectations for this hotel, but I was completely blown away. First, the hotel receptionist and front desk staff were very welcoming, proactively helping with luggage. The check-in experience was excellent, including a room upgrade and welcome fruit (thanks to Ctrip). Breakfast was hearty, with delicious mutton offal soup and mutton steamed buns. The lunch hot pot buffet was incredible, all-you-can-eat for 98 yuan per person, and the mutton was excellent. It's very close to the highway, making it very convenient for returning to Beijing. If the price weren't a factor, I'd give it five stars, but considering the price, it's six. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ulanqab. Finally, a final point: a bathtub would have been a plus!"

"Compared with the sanitary conditions of the yurt, I chose to stay in the hotel. It should be the best hotel near Huanghuagou. Near the high-speed exit, the National Day high-speed is free, the hotel bed is more comfortable, breakfast is Mongolian breakfast, there is sheep soup. The room was very warm and quite big as soon as it entered. It was an electric shower. It needed to be burned for a while before taking a shower. The parking lot was also very large and there was a separate yard."

"I stayed in Ulanqab for three days and two nights. This is the second night of the room. It is really good. The double bed room has basically everything in it. The bedding is really good. It is very soft and practical to sleep. It is not the pure white of other stores. It is very soft pink three-piece set~~ It is very clean. I didn't pick out anything. The parking lot downstairs is very large and free. It is no place late, but no one posted it on the side of the road~ It is really good, I just forgot to take pictures. . . ."

Specifically brought the kids here for Children's Day. The guesthouse environment is great, with a starry sky yurt and convenient parking. They even prepared snacks and drinks in the room. The surrounding area is beautiful and very close to the volcano attractions. The hotel also provided discount vouchers for hot spring tickets. Dining is convenient, and breakfast is excellent, with kids' meals available. On weekend evenings, they even arranged a bonfire and fireworks.

Facilities: Very complete, with all kinds of items available. Cleanliness: Clean and cozy; it's rare to find such clean and cozy accommodation in such a remote location. Environment: The filming location for ”Goodbye My Love,” the surrounding area is quiet, and the residents are all locals, very kind and simple. You can see a shepherd herding sheep right outside the door. There are bonfire activities and fireworks at night. Service: Everyone was very warm and attentive. When we arrived, our room was on the shady side and a bit cold. Worried that our child might get cold at night, the manager kindly upgraded us to a larger room on the sunny side. Thank you! 🙏🏻

The room was exceptionally clean, and it had everything you needed, including air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi. During the May Day holiday, it wasn't cold at all when we stayed in the yurt at night. The owner even lit a bonfire in the evening and gave the kids a sparkler, which they had a great time with. Behind the guesthouse was a large meadow and a small hill, with a volcano visible in the distance. If you set off early the next morning to go to the volcano, you won't have to queue. I highly recommend staying here if you're going to visit the volcano!

The room was fairly comfortable and the service was really great. But we kept finding little beetles in our room which made me so itchy at night when sleeping. Also I don’t think they cleaned the floor because we found fake eyelashes and old contact lens on the bathroom floor which was very nasty. They have a washing machine available which was very convenient especially after spending a day in the volcanoes where it’s dusty and all our clothes were dirty. Breakfast was alright…typical inner Mongolian breakfast, nothing special. There’s actually no volcano view but it didn’t really matter much. We were on the second floor and it was nice to be up there. I wish they had better soundproofing windows because every night there’s fireworks and they were so loud and went on until midnight. With a young child, it was impossible to sleep early. Overall, the service was really great!

The yurt-type B&B we stayed in did not have air conditioning, so we relied on the hot kang for heating at night. In a place like Ulanqab, it was too cold at night to take a shower. When we woke up in the morning, there was suddenly no water. It was said that the water supply system was broken. It was repaired, but we had other itineraries and couldn't wait for repairs. In the end, we had to spend money to buy mineral water to wash up. It was a very embarrassing accommodation experience.

The owners are helpful and friendly ladies - knowing we did not have transport , so they arranged transport to-and fro Hohhot. We had free upgrade to double beds as it is low peak month. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable and it is adequately heated. They shared us tips how to tour the 黄花沟, send us to the entrance. We had fun with horse riding and had sumptuous dinner. The area has bonfire and anybody can participate in We didn’t manage to have a starry night due to cloudy weather. Will definitely recommend the stay to anybody we want a pleasant stay at the grassland!

This campsite must be reviewed highly, it is so good. Facilities: It has just been opened for a few days, and the facilities are very new. The bedding is very clean. The boss actually uses mattresses in the campsite. It is so surprising, especially the quilt is super comfortable and warm. Hygiene: I am a person who cares very much about housing conditions, especially bathrooms and shower rooms. I didn’t want to take a shower in a public shower room, so I went to visit it first. After the visit, I was surprised that it was very clean, so I took a quick shower before going to bed. Take a hot bath to relieve the fatigue of the day. Here comes the key point: the service is great! The service is great! The service is great! Say important things three times. The boss and all employees are very approachable, speak politely, and communicate like friends. Especially the little beauty Rong Rong, who is beautiful, kind-hearted, super cute and polite. Generally speaking, the most amazing thing about this trip to Ulanqab is not the scenic spots, but this camping trip. As a first-time camping person, I fell in love with it every minute. It gave me this kind of experience in a fast-paced city. People who are busy at work can relax like never before. Thumbs up👍👍👍

A wonderful and memorable experience in the grassland especially when the hosts are ever so friendly, helpful, and so hospitable. With their warm welcome and kind hospitality we felt like home. They upgraded our room for free so that we could experience staying inside a yurt. We are extremely touched by their generosity, too. We had a bonfire night too and enjoyed the fireworks on the Saturday night. The restaurant in this resort serves well-cooked, sumptuous meals at a reasonable price, considering that they are some 42km away from the nearest town, ZhuoZi Shan. Highly recommended to stay here as the environment is comfortable and peaceful. Although the water is not good for drinking, there are bottled drinks / water available at the grocery shops. Hair dryer, shampoo, soap are all provided too.

Booked in here by mistake 😂 (i took a train to Shangdu, which is not the same place as Xanadu!! (Its about 4 hours away)… the hotel is gorgeous though; huge, modern rooms and a great breakfast too. Watched a midnight storm through the huge floor to ceiling windows. One of those high end gems you find in China because they have the money to build places such as this. I probably wont come back to Shangdu again (although it does break up the train journey from Hohhot to the real Xanadu) but if i do, its an obvious, top grade option. Lovely staff too, who helped me with my train bookings.
