⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Muscat Hotel from 21st to 23rd January. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hotel has a very nice, welcoming scent throughout the lobby and common areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathroom was spotless. The pool area is great, with different depths (1.1 m and 1.3 m), plus a dedicated kids’ pool around 30 cm, which makes it ideal for families as well. One of the highlights is the direct access to Qurm Beach, which is a big plus. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good buffet selection, and the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, a great stay and a classic, reliable 5-star experience in Muscat. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

Highly recommended, and reasonably priced. It's close to the airport, making it easy for business travelers to meet friends and ensure a pleasant and relaxed state of mind. Facilities: Modern facilities. This family-friendly hotel offers a kids' pool and a children's menu. It also features an executive lounge, restaurants, and a conference center. Cleanliness: The hygiene is excellent. Environment: Outdoors, it's near the exhibition center. There are fountains and well-maintained park greenery. Service: The service is excellent with a friendly, smiling staff. The employees clearly enjoy their work environment, which translates into an exceptionally positive attitude towards guests. The breakfast restaurant staff provides very attentive service! Thumbs up to the service team, they are incredibly patient~

Very good service. I asked for an early check in at 8 AM and was responded in a very proactive way. It was such a relief after a long flight. The service at breakfast was great. The staff even prepared me a fresh made Chinese noodles.

Excellent location, many restaurants Shisha bar nearby, also is in the middle of everything. To all attraction everything is within 30 minutes taxi including airport. If you want to do boat trip or see activity, maybe it’s better to leave closer to the port. Before us the extra 20 minutes on a taxi is not a problem. Very clean, very spacious, providing quiet luxury vibe. Breakfast is a little bit smaller selection than I expected, but the food quantity is good. The room is very spacious and comfortable layout, the best bed I’ve ever slept on in any luxury hotel. Only problem I had was in the room, they might need to do some quality checks, a lot of appliances does not work, for example the steamer didn’t Work, need the time to change it, also scale doesn’t work, it doesn’t read a matter for me but everything adds up just a small little disappointment. On the first night, there’s some really loud noises from the air-conditioning throughout the whole night, raise this in the morning, second day afternoon already fixed it. It was a quick fixing, but I would have expected the room wouldn’t have such noises when I check in. The spa is amazing!! highly recommended to do at least two hours treatment, this is definitely one of the best spa experience in any hotel. Servicing overall is very good, specially the room cleaning stuff super friendly, the ladies in the spa also very nice, everyone on the servicing are super friendly, helpful. Just a front desk reception with a little bit of colder attitude. Facility wise is enough, good size pool not the biggest but is enough. Unlike most of the luxury hotel,This MO hasn’t got their own private beach, it’s a beachfront property, however they have a small sessions on the beach with hotels own beach chair for the guest. Is not a usual larger luxury resort, only 150 rooms, I will say the facility is okay but I would expect a little bit more. Also, there is no information to pre-book any activities or any special activities going on in the hotel unless you ask. Pool size service m may be need a little bit of improvement. The stuff is very nice to lay down the towel the moment you reached the pool or the beach area. But this level of hotel should automatically bring some water, ice bucket, or sunscreen available to the seat. They are sunscreen only laying around at certain spot and you need to stand and use it. Overall experience has been amazing, also it is top three best and luxurious hotel in muscat. But for this price everyone will expect a little bit more. I’d definitely rate 8.5/10 of the 3 days stay here.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! From the polite and friendly male staff in hats and robes at the front desk, to the equally courteous boys in shirts and trousers in the restaurant and guest rooms, everyone was wonderful. The hotel is quite close to the airport, so you do see planes flying overhead occasionally, but overall, it's surprisingly quiet. I was even given a free upgrade to a partial sea-view room. We had dinner at the hotel, and their seafood paella or fish rice (the fish rice was slightly spicy) was absolutely delicious and huge! It was packed with large shrimp and fresh, boneless chunks of fish. The rice grains felt two or three times longer than regular rice! When we checked out, I asked the front desk to help me call an Uber, which ended up being so much cheaper! Thank you!

Stayed two nights and it was a solid, comfortable choice. The room was spotless and had a really pleasant fresh scent — you can tell housekeeping takes it seriously. Everything was well maintained and ready on arrival. The location is excellent, easy to get around from . For a short stay, it did everything right. Would happily book again.

After a week-long cruise in Singapore, we were flying from Emirates to Oman Air to Muscat. Our original flight was canceled, leading to a 5-hour layover at Dubai airport, which left us extremely tired. Just a minute before landing, our plane was instructed by air traffic control to circle around due to other flights, causing a half-hour delay. Fortunately, the meet-and-greet service booked via Trip.com was excellent. Mr. Alaraimim met us in the final 5 minutes and reassured us not to worry, saying he knew about the delay and would definitely wait for us. In fact, he not only picked us up but also escorted us into the hotel and waited until our check-in was complete before leaving. Upon hearing our story, the Radisson manager suggested we switch to a Tower 4 apartment suite, as it was more spacious and had a washing machine for laundry. There's also a supermarket next to the hotel where we could buy groceries and cook for ourselves. We accepted the suggestion. The manager personally escorted us from Tower 2 to Tower 4, showed us where to exchange currency in the underground mall, and even took us to our room to explain how to use the appliances. His enthusiasm was truly heartwarming. The other staff members were also friendly and polite. We are very grateful. Breakfast is served on the ground floor of Tower 4. The space is elegant, and there's a good variety of food. Omelets and well-done fried eggs can be ordered and prepared on the spot.

I really enjoyed staying here. My room was spacious & clean. Great facilities- teas, coffee, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, bottled water etc replenished daily. Bed was big and comfy. Great location- 5-10min walk to cafes/restaurants (some local shops next to the car park). I relaxed around the pool everyday in the winter sun. Just what I needed. Staff were friendly. Breakfast -had a huge variety, cereal, cold meats, cheeses, omletes, pastries, etc I would recommend this hotel (&would stay here again). I stayed here from Boxing Day to New year's Eve- they had a decorated an Xmas tree inside & outside the hotel, how fabulous! 😊 Great effort. I ate/drank at the Irish pub, it was nice enough (typical English food lol) I'm a female solo traveller i never felt unsafe here, in fact, I was looked after, from going out in the evenings to catching a Yango. Generally good stay over, however just a few small things. All the staff were lovely, the king size bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spaciously sized. However twice with room service we were left without towels in the room, as well as other bathroom amenities (we ended up only receiving one towel for two people, miscommunication?). When we also asked to do laundry and requested a quote sheet to see how much it would be, staff were unable to answer. Instead we were given a blank sheet of paper to write down all our items. It ended up being quite expensive and we were requested to pay immediately on receipt of laundry rather than at check out (mind you, same day turn around of laundry). Staff were again great- just a few policy practices that could be refined.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better. We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time. Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you once again ..
