We loved this hotel just my daughter and I, I am nearly 50 and she is a teenager. Suited both ages we requested late check out on the day and the reception staff sorted it all for us. Our flight at 11pm so we were able to use all facilities that were included in our All Inclusive at an extra charge. So worth it, the food was amazing and the staff super friendly. Would definitely return and recommend.

Such a calm, relaxing space. We had a junior swim up suite which overlooks the main hotel and the beach. No traffic noise, just the sound of the sea lapping at the shore. Food is very very tasty and plenty of choice. Staff always have a friendly hello and respond to any requests positively and kindly, definitely 5* teamwork. Free shuttle into town where we had enough time to take a hop on hop off bus and do a bit of jewellery and clothes shopping. I also visited the spa for a signature facial, being the owner of a skin clinic I am extra fussy. I had a relaxing facial firstly and then after the mask, during which I had an arm and hand massage, I then got a harder, stimulating facial massage which I thoroughly enjoyed. A treat for anyone. We came for a relaxing holiday where we could just “be” and not have to make any plans or decisions apart from which book to read next. Well we certainly got that, I will be recommending this peaceful hotel to all of my friends who want a quality rest in beautiful surroundings. I have no doubt we will come again, thank you for having us.

The word to sum up this lovely hotel with it's wonderful staff is.. Fantastic!! The hotel itself is dated, yes, however it has a kind of old world charm about it. Our impression from arriving to leaving was that we were stepping back in time to the 40s and 50s. Physically the building has echoes of a charming cruise liner, it is also perfectly positioned for everything the town and island has to offer. The staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and super attentive. The food was totally delicious and its presentation of a ”Masterchef” standard. Thankyou again to everyone at Corfu Palace for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning at some point in the future!

We stayed here for a long weekend in June 2023. We had a beachfront room, very spacious with a sliding door separating the main living area from a twin bedded area, ideal for a family. The room was very well appointed and spacious and clean. The restaurants were all very good, quality of food and choice of wine impressive. The breakfast in particular was very good, it was fairly busy when we went but we never had to wait for a table and the breakfast team were super helpful , friendly and efficient in finding us a table. The breakfast was one of the best that we’ve had, a huge array of hot and cold food, I couldn’t think of anything that wasn’t available. The staff throughout the resort were courteous, friendly and helpful. There are sun beds and parasols on the sandy beach which was clean and tidy. The bar area was also welcoming and well appointed. The hotel is a 10-15 walk from a marina that had a few bars and restaurants and about 10-15 in a taxi into Corfu town which has huge array of eateries, shops, bars etc. There is a water taxi at the jetty on the beach that can take you to a number of restaurants, all of which were wonderful. The only minor criticism I would have is that the concierge team seemed a little clueless, not having any restaurant recommendations or even knowledge of the water taxi service which we found a little odd. George on the front desk came to the rescue with information and help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for couples, friends or family and will definitely return.

The hotel is situated very close the the sea front just off the main road through Benitses. We found it was a really nice place to stay, our room was on the first floor and were lucky enough to get a corner apartment which had a balcony that went round both sides. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, breakfast was good with a nice variation of food, with everyone who worked there very helpful. There are plenty of bars/restaurants along the main road and into the village square.

First time staying in Corfu and could not have chosen a more wonderful hotel. It is situated right on a sandy beach with beautiful views over the Ionian Sea towards Greece. Most of the sunbeds are actually on the beach and are free along with the parasols and waitress service for drinks and snacks!! There was never a rush to get a sunbed as there are plenty to go around. Inside everything is marble, including floors and they have the most amazing gold mirrored lift! In reception and on the outside walls they have beautiful mosaics featuring all the Greek gods and their history. You really do feel that you are in Greece and not just another tourist hotspot. We had a sea view room with a fair sized balcony ( 2 chairs & table and plenty of room to move) The room itself was lovely and had the most comfortable double bed ( free air con as well). Storage space is good and fair sized bathroom with shower. The cleaners came every day unless you requested them not to. The cleanliness in this hotel really stood out - the staff worked hard to make sure that everything was spotless in all areas including the pool. Even saw them working of an evening. We only had a couple of the buffet breakfasts here, as we ate out at a local restaurant for most of the time, but the choice was good and the seating in and out of the restaurant had lovely views out to sea. The staff are a real asset to this hotel, they were always smiling and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My partner managed to cut her toe in the dining area and within seconds a member of staff was there and assessed the injury and had a first aid kit at the ready! unfortunately we did not know her name, but thank you so much for your help that morning - also a big shout out to Ketty & Inesa on reception who were both a ray of sunshine and to Amalia our cleaner who was so lovely and chatty even though there was a bit of language barrier! Within literally a minutes walk you have the main ***** with all the bars, restaurants, gift shops and supermarkets, although in October they are starting to wind down for the end of season. But even in the town the locals are so friendly, welcoming and chatty - most speak English. This hotel is perfect - relaxing - picturesque - comfortable - clean - friendly all you could wish for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be returning next year. Tip: make sure you wear sandals/shoes with good grip as the marble floor can be slippery.

This short three-night trip in Kefu Island was found to be a five-star hotel near the airport because it was inconvenient to bring a baby. It was said that five stars were actually four stars at most. First of all Facilities: The facilities are still relatively complete, the spa three restaurants Japanese restaurant five-star praise, the ingredients are fresh, the service is very warm ❤️ recommended red wine 🍷 absolutely. Including the buffet in the hotel is quite general, Samsung half standard. Hygiene: We booked a relatively large balcony, the scenery outside the window is still quite beautiful, because the hotel may be older, the smell of the bathroom will reverse, the taste is still quite heavy, the air conditioning is not very big, the hotel is raining hot water also waited for a long time, Then the shower is also old and sprayed with water. room service Not bad, but every time I order something, I will receive 3.5 Ou. So it is best to put a little more in the refrigerator at once 😂 Environment: The hotel is large and has a separate resort room, and the green area is quite large. The location is also good. Not far from the hotel, there are two good views bar&restaurant You can go here if you don't want to eat hotel food. There is a small convenience store at the door to buy things. Service: Do their 70min essential oil spa, chat with masseuses, pay 700 euros a month a year work six months. The other six months are in the restaurant, and they feel like they're not easy. The public pool is not very clean, the overall greening is not very good, but recommend the Japanese restaurant, the ingredients are fresh, we are very satisfied I paid a five euro tip, in Greece is a lot, but I am very happy to pay.
