Nenjiang Grand Hotel (Nenjiang Municipal Government) ★★★★

📍 Building 2, Leshuiyuan Community, Nenjiang Town, Νεντζιάνγκ

"My colleague had a good experience on their business trip. The facilities were new, clean, and the environment was pleasant. The service was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful, there were no chargeable items in the room, there were many shopping malls nearby, taxis were readily available, and the free parking was fantastic."

Dong Fang Hui Business Hotel ★★★

📍 No. 748 Mo'ergen Street, Νεντζιάνγκ

"I can understand that the room heating was turned off during the May Day holiday, but the air conditioner didn't work. I really can't understand this big hotel. Because I brought a 3-year-old child, the 20℃ room was really cold, and I finally used the small sun to keep warm. The first cleaning lady who came to deliver the small sun had a bad attitude, and she was also weird when she said she would change the room. After she left, the tall cleaning lady she called had a very good attitude and helped me find a power strip to plug in the small sun. The disposable toiletries were not put there, and I called the waiter to deliver them. The sanitary environment can only be said to be average. There are large pieces of cigarette ash in the corners of the bathroom. The four corners of the shower room are not clean, and there is a large group of hair at the shower drain. . But the breakfast is really good."

"There is no socket near the tea kettle, the socket behind the TV is not working well, the parking lot charges, the deposit of 200 yuan is paid first, check out at 7 o'clock, and the fee will be refunded after noon. It is said that the deposit can be refunded after accounting review. It is ridiculous. Traveling for so many years, this is the worst hotel with the service."

"A very satisfying stay! The hotel is easy to find and parking is convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and quick to check in. The room was larger than I expected, and most importantly, it was exceptionally clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, making work easy. For this price, the quality is truly excellent value! I will definitely stay here again."

"1. New decoration, big room 2. Floor heating is too dry 3. No special VAT invoice is provided, the reason is that the quota is gone, chain hotels will never have such 4. The amount of my Ctrip order is 280.17, and the invoice is 280 yuan. It is not 0.17 that is different, but this thing is different. Isn't the service industry customer-oriented? The price is comparable to the Four Seasons Hotel, you can learn from the service, but the overall front desk service is poor."

"I came to Nenjiang temporarily. I lived in Magnolia before. I saw a new store in Nenjiang. I decided to choose here. The front desk service sister is super good, help me free late check-out and add breakfast, the service is super good The room is clean and there is no smell, the facilities are relatively complete, the room is spacious enough, the fly in the ointment is that the porch leaks a bit, the sound is average, but it is still quiet here. Overall it is very good"
