Hygiene: rooms are kept in a comfortable and clean way, except there are some smell from the toilet, it may because they use sea water to flush the toilet Location: walking distance to most of the major attractions (say 10-15 mins), 8 mins from station Service: workers are eager to help, especially for storing the luggage Facilities: earplugs are provided although the noise are acceptable, the traditional elevator is special, however, no provision of USB charging is a weakness

1. **Location:** A 15-minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the tram station, and 10 minutes to the train station. Carrefour supermarket is also within walking distance. 2. **Facilities:** There's a spacious shared kitchen for cooking, equipped with free seasonings, cookware, utensils, a fridge, microwave, and kettle. 3. **Room:** A seven-person female-only dorm with no privacy curtains, no hairdryer, and no shower gel. The shower and sink are inside the room, while the toilet is outside. 4. There's a common lounge and a small garden. The Wi-Fi signal is excellent everywhere. 5. **Environment:** Very good, clean, and I loved it. 6. Breakfast is included and quite varied, with yogurt! Also milk, fruit, cereal, bread, jam, coffee, ham, and cheese. 7. **Shower Issue:** The showerhead is fixed high up, not detachable, which made showering a bit awkward. Overall, I absolutely loved it! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Nice!

Louise is a very helpful woman if you have any issues or questions about where to buy things or the good restaurants to eat in, ask Louise. She is the sunshine of the place. Its a decent price for the location you are near promenade des anglais, place Garibaldi and vielle ville. The elevator is a bit quaint. And I do wish the bathtub was newer but all in all for the price and location plus excellent services. Im pretty happy.

Good location close to the Promenade and Jean Medecin. Good amenities and I had got to relax. I had a balcony in my room. Room service food was not the best as it was precooked and was not heated evenly that the risotto was stuck together and looked like it was still frozen. It was not what I had expected.

No restaurant no hot water first days water pressure almost zero. Only compensation late check out 13,00 not very late. Water bottle only first day

It's not a large hotel but very cosy. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The room temperature is too warm as they set the Airconditioner default temperature as 37 ⁰C, we could only turn off it. Staffs are very polite and helpful especially the gentleman working in the night shift on 31st Jan. Slippers and body lotion are provided on request. It takes 12 mins walk to Nice Tr ain Station and beach, and 30 mins tram to the Airport. Overall it's an excellent experience to stay in this hotel with reasonable rate @60 per night.

Fantastic location, very central to public transport (15min walk to Nice Ville station) and close to the beach/port. Breakfast is simple (cereal, yogurt, toast)and all you can eat, but for 9euro it is good value as surrounds are generally more expensive. There is no soap or shampoo in the showers, bring your own towel and locks as most hostels are. I did like first in first serve for the bedding. Bedding was basic, and comfortable. The social areas were great! Was nice to have access to a gym, fantastic addition to the place.

I stayed wonderful two nights there. A room with balcony is spacious enough for two people. I would say the most extraordinary things about this hotel are the staff.  Every staff member is very helpful and friendly.  The first day I was offered early check in，and a lot of useful information about bus and train info，printing out the schedules finding the maps… The last day it was raining and hotel staff offered me umbrella，tell me I can rest in the lobby and use the restroom etc.  I enjoyed my stay and surely recommend it to everyone！

Excellent b&b! Successful location – in the pedestrian accessibility from the station, and from the center, the area is quiet. Very clean and comfortable! Cute balcony in French style. One minus that made us nervous – is too long communication with staff. We needed to leave the suitcase on the day of departure. But none of the staff were there, no messages in chat and no calls were answered. We didn 't understand whether we could leave the suitcase where we could leave, whether someone would be on the counter when we came back, or no one would be able to open and we would wait until someone from the guests would come back. Therefore, I recommend to discuss the issue of leaving baggage in advance.

The hotel is located near Place Masséna, a very lively area. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bookstores nearby. It's also close to the sea, perfect for walks and sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, the streets were extremely noisy on the second night, making it almost impossible to sleep from midnight until dawn. Of course, this is beyond the hotel's control. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
