Undaunted, she persisted until we found one that could exchange my currency. As if her help wasn't enough, it suddenly started pouring while we were inside. She rushed back to the hotel in the rain and returned with an umbrella, saying, ”I didn't want you to get wet. Please keep it.” I was truly amazed by her kindness to a non-guest. So, when I returned to Beilun, I didn’t hesitate to skip my company's hotel and chose Atour instead. It was absolutely the right decision. The room was well-equipped and spotless, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the service was thoughtful in every aspect. My thanks again to that front desk employee. Her kindness didn’t just solve a practical problem—it left me with a lasting impression of the warmth and sincerity of Chinese hospitality.

Had an amazing weekend with the family! The hotel's design is very tasteful, and the kids absolutely loved it. The adjacent sports center offered a wide range of activities, and Dad did a fantastic job helping the little ones burn off all their energy. Meanwhile, Mom could shop to her heart's content at Intime City. With convenient subway access and ample parking, all our family's transportation needs were perfectly met. It's truly a one-stop destination for dining, entertainment, and shopping – our top pick for family getaways!

I was really impressed with this hotel! The overall environment is fantastic, very clean and elegant with a super comfortable vibe. The room itself is incredibly spacious, with a wide-open layout that never felt cramped, making for a very relaxing stay. The biggest bonus was how quiet it was; the soundproofing is excellent, and there wasn't a single noise at night, so I slept incredibly soundly. My stay here was perfect, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

The hotel location is great, near Beilun RT-Mart, and there's a subway station not far away. I booked a standard king room, and the front desk upgraded me to a special king room. The room was huge, very new, and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was excellent, and they even offered free late-night snacks. The service was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Xiao Wei, upon receiving the call, was incredibly patient and explained the steps step-by-step. Xiao Ren also helped me request a breakfast experience, which was a heartwarming touch. The breakfast was a semi-buffet, allowing you to customize your meal to your liking, with a wide variety of options. The room was not only comfortable and clean, but everything was neatly arranged and easily accessible. This was a great experience, and I'd stay here again!

Temporary hotel, did not expect the experience to be super good. The room is well lit, ventilated, there is no smell overall, the sanitation is very careful, the corners are very clean. The staff is very gentle, the service is intimate and thoughtful, and the whole communication is very comfortable. The mattress is moderately firm, sleeps well at night, sound insulation is good, and will not be disturbed at all. It is convenient to eat and travel around, the overall price is very high, living in peace of mind and comfort, really good!
