They proactively upgraded our room, asked about our needs and sleeping preferences, and even informed us about potential construction noise nearby, offering good alternative solutions. The room itself was spacious with a good layout. Overall, I was very satisfied. It would be even better if the hardware facilities could be further upgraded. Five stars."

This means easy access to attractions without extensive travel, offering a perfect blend of urban vibrancy and peaceful serenity. The overall decor is elegant and luxurious, combining a touch of modern luxury with local charm. Both the public areas and guest rooms show meticulous attention to detail, truly embodying a five-star experience. I opted for a river-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic views of the three rivers and their banks. Waking up to the morning mist over the river and enjoying the neon reflections at night, every moment was a picturesque scene. The bedding in the room was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, demonstrating thoughtful service throughout my stay, making it incredibly relaxing and comfortable. It truly lives up to its reputation as a landmark luxury hotel in Ningbo."

"I looked at several hotels before booking and finally chose Zhen Ting. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The front desk service was attentive. My favorite part was the room with a bathtub; after a day of sightseeing, it's so relaxing to soak in a warm bath. Plus, the room was soundproof, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent (near Chenghuang Temple on Line 2). Tianyi Square is right next door, and it's convenient to get to Gulou and the Bund Bridge. Everything for food, drinks, and entertainment is on one street. Line 2 also goes directly to the high-speed rail station and the airport. It's really great value for money, highly recommend!"

"Choosing the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Ningbo for my recent trip to Ningbo was absolutely the right decision! It definitely deserves a five-star rating! Let's start with the hardware – the rooms are spacious, the carpets are soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom, paved with white marble, feels very luxurious, and the addition of a smart toilet and a large bathtub is fantastic! Now, for the 'software' – the service – which truly deserves a special mention. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and the service here is by far the best! When we checked in, the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly polite and well-mannered, and he even managed to upgrade our room when possible. The other staff members were seamlessly coordinated, whether it was helping with luggage storage or directing us to the elevators. Every time we left, the doormen and lobby concierges were so friendly and always waved goodbye, making us feel truly at home. The breakfast was also superb, and I even got to try the famous Ningbo tangyuan (rice balls). Ningbo is a beautiful city that left a lasting impression. When our trip ended, the hotel even arranged a car to take us to the airport. All connections were smooth and convenient. Even at checkout, the 'bellhop' proactively offered assistance, telling us to simply hand her the room card. The driver who took us to the airport was also incredibly polite! If there were a six-star rating, they would definitely earn it. Too bad I didn't take many photos!"

"This is a fantastic hotel, a well-established five-star in Ningbo. The breakfast is incredibly diverse, with lots of local Ningbo specialties, like `hui tuan` (I'm guessing this is a specific local dish, perhaps a dumpling or pastry, which might not have a direct English equivalent, so I'll leave it as is or try to describe it if more context was given). The staff are super friendly and always greet you. A special shout-out to the server in the buffet restaurant who was exceptionally kind to the children. The swimming pools are also very clean; there are two, a smaller one with warmer water and a larger one that's still a comfortable 29 degrees Celsius. However, for breakfast, some dishes were only labeled 'Chef's Recommendation' without their specific names. What exactly were those dishes?"

"The front desk lady was super pretty and sweet. I booked a special offer room, and she upgraded me to a Japanese-style tatami room for free. The room was incredibly clean, and it even had a hot water dispenser. You could see Tianfeng Tower right outside the window, and it looked quite beautiful when lit up at night. The environment was very quiet, no noise at all. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ningbo!"

"Excellent service all around! The front desk staff were very polite and courteous. They even upgraded me to a room in the North Tower with a view of the church and the plaza. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Tianyi Square. Parking was also a breeze with plenty of spaces available. While the breakfast offered a good variety, it fell a bit short compared to other hotels of the same caliber, especially when it came to Western options. The only real downside was the towels, which shed a lot of lint! This is something you really don't expect from a hotel of this standard."

"Got upgraded to the Crowne Plaza next door. While it's a bit more upscale, the facilities are a little dated; the TV was an old model. Couldn't get it to work at first, so I called engineering, and they were pretty efficient at fixing the problem. Plenty of parking, and it's close to the City God Temple. The room was reasonably clean and relatively quiet. Overall, not bad."
