The room was spotless and very clean. The service was excellent. When we arrived in the evening, the front desk reminded us that we could go for a late-night snack (although the taste might not suit everyone), but the thought behind it was really kind. In the evening, they brought us foot bath tubs with herbal packets. The breakfast spread was very generous. My parents and I traveled together, and they were very happy.

I loved the puff pastry tarts; they were so fresh, and great with the whipped cream. 🤞🤞🤞 There's a Hello Kitty store about a 20-minute walk away where I finally got the black leather Kitty I've wanted for ages! 🤞🤞🤞 Ningbo is such a fun city, and the food is amazing too! 🤞🤞🤞🤞 Next time, I'll explore other cities! 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

The hotel's location is pretty good, not far from the subway. There are many shopping malls nearby like K11, and it's also close to Tianyi Square. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Old Bund, but be careful because there are two Home Inn hotels on this street. We initially navigated to the wrong one and had to walk a few hundred meters further to find the right one. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and had a great attitude. It's good value for money, especially during holidays.

This hotel definitely has an old-money vibe; I heard it was Ningbo's first five-star. Overall, the experience wasn't particularly outstanding, nor was it terrible – pretty standard. They have a doorman and concierge, and even follow up, but no butler service. The hotel felt empty due to low occupancy. The pool was quite unique and very clean. It must have been a top-tier 'influencer hot spot' back in the day. The room hygiene was decent, but the slippers in the pool area had a foul smell. They provided a complimentary mini-bar, which was a nice touch. I called to ask if the bar was busy, and the front desk didn't even know – they had to transfer me. Plus, it only stayed open until 11 PM, so we ended up going to the Irish pub next door.

I stayed at a Hampton by Hilton in Fuzhou before and was really impressed, so I chose Hampton again for my trip to Ningbo. They even upgraded my room for free! The room was huge, and the soundproofing was excellent. The location was also great; I stumbled upon Hankyu Department Store nearby, which has lots of great food and shops. Super satisfied! 👍 Parking was also very convenient with plenty of spaces available.

The private hot tub is a truly luxurious experience; you can book it with your butler. There are four scented bath bombs to choose from, filling the room with a delightful fragrance. Soaking away the day's fatigue and then enjoying a favorite drink from the minibar is incredibly relaxing. The hotel's executive corridor also offers a continuous supply of food and drinks. Breakfast includes DIY coffee, afternoon tea features freshly squeezed orange juice, and evenings feature four flavors of sake. The snacks are also exquisite, including cheese, burrita cheese, Iberian ham, smoked salmon salad, tapas, and even marinated crab for late-night snacks! It's a constant stream of surprises! The caviar bar's cocktails were also delicious. The bayberry wine, a triple win, had just the right alcohol content, sweet and sour, leaving you slightly tipsy. Breakfast the next day was at Chen Mansion on the second floor of the hotel. It was a semi-buffet style, with a subtly luxurious Shanghai-style decor perfect for photos. The dim sum was all Ningbo specialties; the pickled mustard greens and yellow croaker noodles were incredibly fresh, the freshly ground soy milk had a rich soy flavor, and there were also abalone pastries, white truffle yogurt, and other specialties! The hotel's singing bowl and incense-making activities are also worth experiencing. They allow you to calm your mind and immerse yourself in a therapeutic experience.

I've stayed here multiple times for business, and the hotel consistently meets high standards. The lobby is quiet and elegant, and Emma at the front desk always makes check-in a breeze. They offer a full range of convenient services like luggage storage and printing assistance. The guest rooms are incredibly soundproof, keeping out all noise for a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are in perfect working order. The breakfast spread is excellent, with a great selection of meats, vegetables, light bites, and drinks, so even early risers can enjoy a proper meal. The business facilities are top-notch, making it a respectable place to host guests. This is a gem for business travelers, and I highly recommend it to my colleagues.

The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functional with a full set of toiletries. Breakfast quality was good. Public areas were clean and tidy, and the internet was stable. The environment was quiet, and it was convenient for getting around and finding food. Overall, it offered great value for money and a satisfying stay.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Right outside, you've got the Yinzhou Longhu Tianjie commercial area, and the hotel's basement level connects directly to the subway station. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The room offers an amazing view; just open the curtains and you can see the city. Service is super responsive, they're always ready to help, and check-in was a breeze. The staff were all incredibly patient and even helped me with my luggage without me asking. The room also thoughtfully provides bathrobes, a weighing scale, and an umbrella.

Upgraded to a 'Huajianyin' (Hidden Floral Room) for my birthday, and they even sent two complimentary cocktails. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. Afternoon tea was exquisite, and breakfast was delicious with a thoughtful selection of items. Both Le Labo and Diptyque products smelled wonderful. The butler was very friendly and helpful. 🥰 I'll definitely be back!
