The biggest advantage of this hotel is the exceptional service from the staff. They made us feel right at home. They proactively upgraded our room, asked about our needs and sleeping preferences, and even informed us about potential construction noise nearby, offering good alternative solutions. The room itself was spacious with a good layout. Overall, I was very satisfied. It would be even better if the hardware facilities could be further upgraded. Five stars.

This means easy access to attractions without extensive travel, offering a perfect blend of urban vibrancy and peaceful serenity. The overall decor is elegant and luxurious, combining a touch of modern luxury with local charm. Both the public areas and guest rooms show meticulous attention to detail, truly embodying a five-star experience. I opted for a river-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic views of the three rivers and their banks. Waking up to the morning mist over the river and enjoying the neon reflections at night, every moment was a picturesque scene. The bedding in the room was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, demonstrating thoughtful service throughout my stay, making it incredibly relaxing and comfortable. It truly lives up to its reputation as a landmark luxury hotel in Ningbo.

I looked at several hotels before booking and finally chose Zhen Ting. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The front desk service was attentive. My favorite part was the room with a bathtub; after a day of sightseeing, it's so relaxing to soak in a warm bath. Plus, the room was soundproof, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent (near Chenghuang Temple on Line 2). Tianyi Square is right next door, and it's convenient to get to Gulou and the Bund Bridge. Everything for food, drinks, and entertainment is on one street. Line 2 also goes directly to the high-speed rail station and the airport. It's really great value for money, highly recommend!

I had a pleasant stay at Lereal Inn. The location was perfect — very convenient and close to the convention center. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, though there’s a little room for improvement in terms of thoroughness. The service was friendly and efficient, but could be a bit more attentive at times. Overall, a great value for the price and a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel is in a great location, right in Hongtai Plaza in Ningbo's Eastern New City. It's super convenient for shopping at both Hongtai Plaza and Hankyu. In the evenings, it's also easy to find a late-night spot for drinks with friends. The hotel environment is very clean and quiet, making it suitable for families, couples, and business travelers. The breakfast is also very good. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The nearby old streets of Huayan Street offer a taste of local life, while the charming cafes, bakeries, bars, Western restaurants, and local eateries are all worth exploring! There are also several historical sites. It's a great place to experience Ningbo life and wander around. Facilities: A bit dated, but the maintenance is quite good compared to many older hotels. The mattress and pillows were comfortable.

The room was very clean, and there was a large projection screen, that is, my time was a bit rushed and I didn't use the projection screen. The room assigned to me was very clean at night, but it would be a bit noisy if someone was mowing the lawn around 6 o'clock in the morning, but the sound of closing the window was much smaller. Every time I'm on a business trip to Ningbo, I stay here; it feels just like home. The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need. Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room. The hotel breakfast is very good. The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient. The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi. Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.
