"We came here on the 23rd September and we are still here now as I write my review. When I first found this holiday. I was ecstatic as We had been to Croatia before and were looking forward to exploring some more on Novigrad the surrounding areas. We chose this holiday because we enjoy visiting places of interest, generally by Public Transport, we enjoy Half Board and in-house Evening Entertainment. We decided to go in September as it is still in Season, but not Peak Season. UK On arrival, we were put in Room 102, I call It a Prison Cell with no light of life. We were told that both their hotel next door did not have any adult entertainment because it was now the winter season. We then found out that all public transport and excursions had stopped, so we are trapped in This Hotel with only Novigrad to go to after a long walk and nothing else. However when it got cold over night, I tried to put the heating on and failed. When I saw the reception the next morning, I was told the Central Heating System does not come on because it 's not the Winter Season yet. They use the Winter Season excuse to fit anything they want to sell. In addition, we have been ill twice with the runs while we are here, had to pay extra to get a reasonable room. We came for an interesting holiday, got stuck on "Prisoner's Island" and can't wait to get home, which is more interesting than this wasted time and money of a holiday."

"Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ένα κρυμμένο κοσμηματοπωλείο. Βρίσκεται σε ειρηνική τοποθεσία στο Νοβιγκράντ, τοποθετημένο στην θάλασσα. Όλοι οι υπάλληλοι είναι χαριτωμένοι, καλοδεχούμενοι και φιλικοί. Τα ναυτικά θεματικά δωμάτια είναι εξαιρετικά και ευρύχωρα. Όπου και αν το ξενοδοχείο είναι κοινόχρηστο με τους καλεσμένους που χρησιμοποιούν τη μαρίνα, δεν ήταν ποτέ απασχολημένο και ποτέ θορυβώδες. Το πρωινό ήταν κουζίνα, το βραδινό γεύμα είναι αλ-καρτέ, αναβαθμίσαμε από β & β σε μισό σανίδα για μια λογική τιμή. Με εξέπληξε με χαρά το γεγονός ότι το βραδινό μας γεύμα ήταν υπηρεσία σερβιτόρου και είχαμε μια επιλογή 6 ψυχρού ξεκινητή για να επιλέξουμε από, μια επιλογή 6 αρχάριων σερβιτόρων για να επιλέξουμε από και το ίδιο για την κύρια τάξη, μια επιλογή γλυκών για να τελειώσουμε. Ήταν μια ευχάριστη αλλαγή σε μια γιορτή πακέτων, για να σας προσφέρουμε ένα ζεστό γεύμα, το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό όπως και η υπηρεσία. Δεν υπάρχει εσωτερική πισίνα σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο, αλλά αυτό που υπάρχει είναι μια εξαιρετική εσωτερική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα, που ήταν άδειο κάθε φορά που το χρησιμοποιούσα, στον παράδεισο. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα μπουκάλι τζακούζι και ένα ατμόπλοιο και μια μπανιέρα. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι μόνο 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια στην τοπική παραλία αν αυτό είναι το προτιμώμενο. Εγώ και ο άντρας μου όντως απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή μας σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο και θα επισκεφθούμε σίγουρα, ήρθαμε σπίτι μας και αισθανόμαστε απολύτως χαλαροί. Θα ήθελα να συστήσω 100% αυτό το ξενοδοχείο."

"A beautiful hotel in a perfect location right in the city center with a stunning sea view. We felt very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. Many details have been thought of. The beds are very comfortable and the coffee machine makes excellent espresso. Breakfast was also very good. Everything was fresh and the egg dishes were prepared to order. The staff is incredibly friendly and always attentive to making sure you feel completely at ease."
