Hotel Krynica Conference & SPA ★★★★

"Hotel Krynica used to be our go-to destination for the past 15 years, but after this recent stay, we won't be returning anytime soon. Our the experience was filled with disappointments. - Upon arrival, we discovered the restaurant was reserved for a company outing, and dinner was served in an outdoor dining area with a limited selection of dishes. This was not communicated during the booking process. - The saunas were mostly out of order, with only one out of three functioning during our entire stay. - On the second day, our room was not serviced or cleaned, and no one seemed to know why. - The hotel bar was closed on the second day, and the bar area was occupied by the company outing. Additionally, the restaurant only offered semi-sweet or semi-dry red wines, with no dry wine options available. Moreover, while we were having drinks in the restaurant area (since the bar was closed), the staff turned off the lights as they left for the night, leaving us to sit in the dark. The room itself had several issues: - The radiators didn’t work, and it took two visits from maintenance to fix them. I spent two hours checking if the repairs were successful. And they were - but unfortunately only in short term. The issue reapppeared during the second night. - Our room also had an unpleasant smell—possibly due to previous guests smoking or bringing animals. - The safe in the room didn’t work, and neither did one of the TVs. Overall, the hotel feels old and worn, with a clear lack of upkeep and attention to detail. It's evident that the owners are not prioritizing quality and there is no owner that would really care. This clearly adds to the ongoing discussion about the rationale behind state-owned enterprises in non-strategic sectors. On the bright side, the reception management handled my complaints professionally. They contacted me to apologize both over the phone and in writing, which has been appreciated."

"This is a nice, but average facility. Located right on a shin slope understand it is a tremendous hike to the village. No GIF available at all except very specific hours. Never found a vending machine anywhere so plan accordingly. Very clean"

"Το ξενοδοχείο είναι στο ντουλάπι. Όμορφη, μοντέρνα στολή . Ωραίο , ποικίλα πρωινά. εστιατόριο στο υψηλότερο επίπεδο. Πολύ καλό προσωπικό (ειδικές προσευχές για την κυρία Zosi από το ρεσεψιόν ) πλένει επαγγελματισμό. Συγχαρητήρια για την επιλογή των υπαλλήλων."

"The stay in Hotel Czarny Potok was beyond great, we stayed for 3 days during weekend. The first thing I want to mention is great and friendly staff, which checked us in quickly and promptly. They gave us instructions on how to get into our room and after told us everything about the hotel complex and the activities you can do. Regarding the comfort and accommodation the rooms are spacious, clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. We only had breakfast in cost of our accommodation, I want to mention the variaty of the breakfast, there is a chef who will cook infront of you, numerous of tables filled with great food, so everyone can find something they like. The hotel also has number of restaurant for lunch and dinner, which we also tried and were really satisfied with the service and food. SPA is one of the highlights of the hotel, there are multiple of pools with saunas. The only negative thing is if you are in first building there is lots of walking you have to do in order to get to the SPA. The surroundings of the hotel are mostly nature and you fell really good. We also tried outdoors minigolf which is a great activity you can do in free time. Overall if you want to stay for couple of days you will not get bored easily. I definitely recommend. "

"Είναι υπέροχο μέρος. Το ξεχωριστό κλίμα του ξενοδοχείου, καθαρά δωμάτια, ωραία εξυπηρέτηση (κυρία στο ρεσεψιόν, εστιατόριο, τεχνικός, καθαρίστρια, σωστή στην πισίνα), νόστιμο φαγητό (και πρωινό και γεύμα που παραγγέλνονται από a'la carte) - τεράστια συν μια μεγάλη επιλογή χορτοφάγου (συμπεριλαμβανομένων των μπέργκερ ή περιστέρια), μια φανταστική, μεγάλη πισίνα με ζεστό νερό (περίπου 28 βαθμούς) - είναι μια σπάνια επιλογή σε τόσο μεγάλους χώρους. Συνιστούμε επίσης να κάνετε μπάνιο στο μπανιέρα Lava, ακριβώς δίπλα στο δάσος και να ακούσετε ένα μυθικό τραγούδι πουλιών. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ψυχολογικό και έχει ιδιωτική εξοχή για τετραγωνικά πόδια (!!!), με το οποίο δεν έχω συναντήσει ποτέ ξανά στο ξενοδοχείο. Εκτός αυτού, πραγματικά πολλά αξιοθέατα ... γήπεδα τένις, χώρος παιχνιδιών, δύο αίθουσες παιχνιδιών, γυμναστήριο, SPA, πισίνα με σάουνα και στους διαδρόμους πολλά βιβλία διαθέσιμα για τους επισκέπτες του ξενοδοχείου για ανάγνωση σε αργή στιγμή. :) Και φυσικά ακριβώς δίπλα στο χιονοδρομικό λεωφορείο, αλλά ήμασταν το καλοκαίρι... :) Σας συνιστούμε και σας ευχαριστούμε!"

"Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στο βουνό Jaworzyna. Οι οραματισμοί είναι όμορφες. Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου αντιπροσωπεύει το πνεύμα της ομάδας για την παροχή της καλύτερης εμπειρίας του πελάτη. Το ινστιτούτο έχει μια ποικιλία υπηρεσιών και καλύτερες ποιοτικές προϊόντων. Ήταν καταπληκτική Χριστουγεννιάτικη βραδιά με ζωντανή μουσική, Χριστούγεννα και Νέο Έτος - και πάλι με ζωντανή μουσική, αλλά η ορχήστρα ήταν εξαιρετική. Επιπλέον, είχαμε τύχη, καθώς όλη η Πολωνία ήταν γκρι και θλιβερή, χιονίζει και θα μπορούσες να απολαύσεις το όμορφο λευκό Χμάς!"
