"This place has all the important stuff right. Location is perfect, right on the beach and the pretty town of Obzor just across the road. All areas of the hotel are kept very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The sofas in the lobby area need a good clean though. Food is excellent, we went all inclusive and for the price you really can’t knock it, there’s plenty of choice and it’s piping hot and tasty. Also the staff are lovely, polite and helpful. Entertainment is hit and miss, the professional entertainers are very good, the rest of it is amateurish. The hotel really needs two things, a relaxing bar lounge and a designated smoking area rather than just “anywhere outside”, sometimes you can’t get away from the stink of cigarette smoke. The end of our holiday was nearly spoiled by a badly behaved group of local schoolboys who had come for a football tournament, they ran riot around the hotel completely unsupervised. Eventually when enough guests complained they were brought to heel but the hotel should have rules around this kind of booking. Speaking of rules the hotel has many, things like not taking food away from the restaurants etc, but they don’t bother to enforce them! Overall we did have a lovely holiday though, it’s just a couple of niggles that need addressing."

"Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στην κορυφή της πόλης, αρκετά μακριά από το ακρωτήριο της θάλασσας, και παρκάρει στον δρόμο μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο. Η οικονόμος μιλούσε μόνο βουλγαρικά και θα μπορούσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε μέσω τηλεφώνου, θα θέλατε να καταλάβετε τα πάντα για το πρώτο πραξικόπημα και να ρωτήσετε τις καλές ερωτήσεις, επειδή δεν θα υπάρξει άλλο άτομο μετά από 2 εκατομμύρια, Θα είστε μόνος στο διαμέρισμα με άλλους τουρίστες (Βουλγαρικά και Ρώσικα κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας). Διαφορετικά, το δωμάτιο που επιλέξαμε ήταν στον 3ο όροφο με ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι και μια θαλάσσια θέα (μεγάλη απόσταση), μια όμορφη επιφάνεια και καθαρή σε όλα (χωρίς να κοιτάζετε στις γωνίες και στις πόρτες), ένα μικρό ψυγείο που άρχισε να τρέχει, Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ άνετο και το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ άνετο."

"Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καθαρό & εξαιρετικό, το φαγητό ήταν καλή επιλογή κάθε μέρα. Οι υπάλληλοι ήταν πολύ χρήσιμοι καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας, το μόνο ελαφρύ μειονέκτημα ήταν ότι δεν υπήρχαν ξαπλώματα ηλίου που ανήκουν στο ξενοδοχείο στην παραλία."

"Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff and services, very clean and quiet. An ideal place for relaxing and enjoying yourself at a natural beach, full of wildlife, with long sand beaches and crystal clear waters. The rooms are spacious and bright, the swimming pools are clean and beautiful."

"Really lovely hotel for our first family holiday. The rooms are cleaned daily amd the view from the balcony is unbelievable. Food is fresh, tasty and plenty of choice. Staff were lovely. We didn't make use of the evening entertainment (small baby) so can't comment on that. Lovely beach front walk although most places in the area still hadn't opened for the season. Pool are was lovely! Gorgeous sea views. The only negative is that the hotel isn't the most pram friendly but we managed to lift our strollerup and down all the steps. Bear that in mind if you use a pram or wheelchair. We really loved this hotel "
