Stayed for 21 nights, the Location and staff at the hotel were excellent. The internet did not work in my room which in this day and age is a requirement on all trips. The bed was very uncomfortable with 2 small pillows which were very flat. The hotel in general needs an uplift as it is totally outdated

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights this July 2023 in time for the BFL festival. Here were a lot of peole but on reception was very fast check-in and very friendly and clever team. Room 426 was clean - good job from cleaner Lucy :) The beds were comfortable. Maybe some small fridge is missing here - I think that is normally in hotels. We looked forward to breakfast every day because the food was very delicious. Huge range - salt and sweet and all fresh, yummy. Eggs, pancakes, porridge, garlic soupe, yoghurt, vegetables, fruits, hams, cheese, desserts, nutella, peanut butter, much types of bakery products ... all what you need to eat. Great coffee and juice, teas Wonderful work all team in restaurant. Every day with a smile and friendly mood. Cleaning dishes from tables, additional foods and drinks. I was excited!! :) Very funny was the cat robot for collecting the dishes :D My feelings are very positive and not last visit in this hotel. I look forward to the next visit. I recently spent a week here and found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and well-kept. The bed was just right, not too hard and not too soft. The bathroom was spotless. There were plenty of outlets and the lighting was more than sufficient. Reception was businesslike and professional. The breakfast offered had plenty of choices and was quite filling, especially as it was sometimes my only meal of the day. The only negatives were that the room was sometimes too hot and when ordering from the set menu in the restaurant at dinner, they were unwilling to accommodate dietary restrictions, telling us that no changes could be made. I would readily stay here again should my travels take me back to Ostrava in the future.

I booked this hotel for six of us headed to the World Junior hockey in Dec/ January. I had so much help from Kamilla in making sure we had what we needed. She was awesome. The hotel was very nice. Our rooms ..we opted for the bigger ones) were roomy, clean and comfortable. The desk staff were helpful and accomodating. The restaurant food was good, the buffet breakfast exactly what was needed and the location was great. An easy tram ride to the arena, or downtown with a stop just steps from the hotel. It was our home for 10 days and we loved every minute of it..thankyou, Kamilla, Radka, Hanna and all the other staff for making the trip great.

Hotel bem bom. Localização ótima, rua movimentada com bares e restaurantes (um pouco barulhenta, mas não chegou a prejudicar o descanso). Café ótimo. Atendimento muito gentil e correto (alteraram quarto para melhor e mais barato). Recomendo!

My family stayed at the Hotel Kramer during June of this year. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Our room had air conditioning which is not always the norm in Europe. The breakfast provided was very good and had a lot of choices. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
