They get everything right: The staff is friendly, the rooms are charming, the whole space is almost overwhelmingly gorgeous. (And the vegetarian tasting menu at the restaurant was great, too!) "Πρώτον, η μασέρια είναι καταπληκτικά όμορφη και ήρεμη. Κάθε μέρος του ξενοδοχείου είναι τέλειος καθαρός, και εννοώ τόσο καθαρός που δεν μπορείς να βρεις οποιονδήποτε τύπο βρώμας, όλα είναι πρωτόγονα. Τα δωμάτια είναι υπέροχα, αν και λίγο μικρό, αλλά τα δωμάτια είναι παραδοσιακά και πέτρα, επομένως δεν θα μπορούσαν να είναι πραγματικά μεγαλύτερα, αλλά είναι απλά εκπληκτικά και η εξωτερική μας περιοχή με τα κρέατα σταφύλια ήταν ιδιαίτερη. Η τοποθεσία είναι μεγάλη, 10 λεπτά για το Ostuni, αλλά θα ήταν χρήσιμο να έχω ένα αυτοκίνητο. Είμαι κοιλικός και γι' αυτό είμαι ελεύθερος με γλουτένη, αυτό το θυμήθηκε το προσωπικό και μου φέρνουν ένα πλήθος αγαθών χωρίς γλουτένη κάθε πρωί χωρίς καν να το ζητήσω. Η Επιτροπή έλαβε υπόψη της την έκθεση του κ. WhatsApp και την έκθεση του κ. WhatsApp. Δεν υπήρχε συμπληρωματικό νερό στα δωμάτια ή στην πισίνα, το οποίο δεν μας ένοιαζε αρχικά, αλλά όταν μετακομίσαμε σε άλλα μέρη συνειδητοποιήσαμε ότι αυτό μας έκανε μια πολύ διαφορετική διαμονή. Σας ευχαριστώ για μια όμορφη διαμονή, θα θέλαμε να επιστρέψουμε."

"Very nice setting, no food🤢, decent external rooms and a little dirty instead of the normal structure. We found some cockroaches in the other rooms, other spiders. The pools had a lot of standing water. The staff was good even if some were unpleasant."

"After reading numerous positive reviews about Masseria Valente, I was disappointed with our 2 night stay. First of all the rooms are right infront of the restaurant (so it isn't quiet) On our second night there was a party of 50 people and the music was blasting through our room until midnight with so much noise (not what you want when you have a baby) This was a huge let down. I had to complain at midnight because it was unbearable. The shower in the room was cold until about 3 pm, and our stove did not work, and we had to use a match to light it. Quite honestly the staff were not friendly..not a good morning nor a smile and when I complained about the noise and the shower, they were totally disinterested. The pool is nice and big, the breakfast is fine with lots of choice (you couldn't eat outside because it was full of wasps, but not their fault though) The rooms are clean but small. The setting is pretty, set in the olive groves, but I came back home feeling totally un relaxed, having not slept due to the noise. I think the price we paid was way too much. However, it is August, so that is probably why. We won't be coming back here."
