Family Hotel Pagus - All Inclusive ★★★★

"Unfortunately, the hotel is not worth four stars and is too expensive for what you get. The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, a beautiful beach and close to the city. Unfortunately, there is no shade on the beach, and renting two sun loungers and a parasol costs €35 per day for hotel guests. You also have to pay €10 per day for parking, if there is any space at all. They sent us to the grass next to the hotel and we paid the same. The staff is very friendly, but they do not solve the problems you complain about. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean, but the furniture is old (also broken) and there is only one socket(plug-in) in the whole room (unless you unplug the TV or fridge). In the evening (between 6 and 8 pm) the water was almost not running and it was difficult to take a normal shower. The food is average, otherwise you always get something good, but the choice is below average for a 4 star hotel, not to mention very poor selection especially for vegans or allergy sufferers, e.g. you have to ask specifically for gluten-free. The food was also mostly cold, as it cooled quickly on trays without heaters. There was a shortage of sparkling water and other sparkling drinks for two days. Also, deep cups and certain cutlery ran out every morning and evening, so we had to wait for them to be washed… In short: Despite the good location, the hotel is definitely NOT WORTHY of 4 stars and is absolutely TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get."

"Φάγαμε με μια οικογένεια 5 2 από εμάς, παραγγείλαμε μπέργκερ. Είπα στον σερβιτόρο ότι το μπέργκερ μου ήταν ακόμα ακατέργαστο και δεν θα τρώω το χοιρινό που έχει παρασκευαστεί τόσο προφανώς και δεν θα ήθελα να περάσω τις διακοπές μου με τροφική δηλητηρίαση. Μετά προσπάθησε να μου πει: «Δεν είναι καλό να τρώω, όλοι τα γεύματα τους τρώνε έτσι εδώ γύρω». " ερώτησή μου είναι πώς βγήκε ένα γεμάτο γεύματα και ένα νωπό όταν όλοι τα τρώνε το ίδιο; Μετά το έστειλα πίσω προφανώς όταν είδα τον σεφ να προσπαθεί να ξαναζεσταθεί ένα ήδη κομμένο και να φτιάξει μπέργκερ για να το μαγειρέψει περισσότερο και ο σερβιτόρος το έφερε πίσω σαν να έκανε μια σπουδαία δουλειά. Γιατί ξαφνικά το χάμπουργκερ ήταν ακόμα ροζ μέσα... η κουζίνα γελούσε, ο σερβιτόρος δεν είχε ιδέα πού ήταν, και δεν κατάλαβαν γιατί δεν ήθελα να φάω ένα ακατέργαστο χάμπουργκερ. Το να είσαι σεφ για 10 χρόνια, σίγουρα δυσκολεύει να φας, ειδικά όταν έχεις σεφ που είναι πιο πιθανό να σκοτώσει κάποιον από να ταΐσει. Φυσικά, δεν δόθηκε καμία αποζημίωση, ακόμη και όταν το φαγητό έφτασε πίσω, όπως είπε ο σεφ, ήταν τέλεια φτιάχνεται."
