"This accommodation is rated well on Booking, which is why we decided to book it. As there was no option for a triple room, which was what we wanted, we contacted the accommodation directly. The owner confirmed that there was a triple room and we made the reservation. We were told that breakfast was not included, so it would be charged separately at €10/person. The owner asked us if we needed a transfer, so I asked several times how much it would cost or if it was a courtesy of the house. As we did not get an answer, and at the last minute, we asked for the transfer, for which we were charged €20 (for a distance of 5km). When we arrived at the accommodation, the owner wanted to charge us the amount including breakfast, even though we had not confirmed that we wanted it. The room we were given was on the ground floor and smelled unbearably of mold. The bathroom was tiny and unreal in terms of layout. We stayed for 3 nights and there was no cleaning on any of the days."

"Είχαμε μια εκπληκτική 2-night παραμονή στο Belo Mondo. Όταν φτάσαμε το πρωί, η Lucia, ο διαχειριστής του ξενοδοχείου, μας χαιρετούσε θερμά και μας συνοδεύτηκε προσωπικά γύρω από την όμορφη ιδιοκτησία, μας έδωσε χρήσιμες συμβουλές προσανατολισμού, πριν μας δείξει στα δωμάτιά μας. Τα δωμάτιά μας ήταν ευρύχωρα, πολυτελή και διακοσμημένα με την γειτονική βεράντα, ένα πρόσθετο μπόνους. Όταν φτάσαμε στην παραλία, βρήκαμε καλυμμένες πλατφόρμες, κάθε μία με 2 κοιτώνες, από τις οποίες θα μπορούσαμε να απολαύσουμε την θέα των νερού των αζώρων και της άσπρης άμμου παραλίας μπροστά μας. Όταν ήμασταν έτοιμοι να επιστρέψουμε στο σαλόνι, κάλεσα να πάμε μια βόλτα και μεταφέραμε αμέσως πίσω στο λόφο. Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και ζεστό και μας έκανε να αισθανόμαστε πιο ευπρόσδεκτοι και σαν οικογένεια. Την πρώτη μας νύχτα, η Λούσια μας κάλεσε στο αγαπημένο της μέρος για να δει το ηλιοβασίλεμα πάνω από μια τάξη κρασιού και μας έβγαλε φωτογραφίες ως το ηλιοβασίλεμα."

"We only stayed here for one night, but that was enough. The complex is beautifully located in the jungle by the beach and the tent villa was very large and luxurious, but unfortunately there are also various shortcomings that such an expensive luxury accommodation should not have. Quite a few families with children stay there, so it's not really quiet. The ways within the complex are relatively long. For example, we had to walk about 10 minutes from our tent villa to the restaurant. If you're not very mobile, this complex is not suitable. The food was nothing special. At the other HBD resorts, such as Bom Bom Island or Roca Sundy, there were always two dishes to choose from for dinner. This was the case for the starter, main course and dessert. Here, there was only one menu. Drinks are included in the price of the accommodation, but only the cheap ones. For example, a cocktail at the bar costs extra. The worst thing we noticed was that other people had bed bugs. We saw the bites ourselves. The management told people not to tell anyone else. People were then moved to Roca Sundy and Bom Bom Island Resort due to lack of space. In other words, the management wants to cover up such things. All in all, the resort is overpriced and does not offer good value for money. Therefore, we will not be staying there again in the future."
