"Simply put, I was disappointed by the ladies and gentlemen who organize Extra Adventures, dressed up in TUI clothing, because they don't even know what time the Kids Club opens. Yet they still sold me something, even though they knew I wanted to take my 5-year-old to the Kids Club at that time, while I wanted to go jet-skiing with my 11-year-old—but the Kids Club closed at 9 a.m. I also booked a car that was supposed to come to the hotel. Instead, they were supposed to pick me up from the hotel and take me somewhere else to complete the paperwork. This was, of course, problematic because the children were still asleep in the hotel room at that time. As a single father, this is understandably impossible for me. One particularly negative point is that all the sunbeds are permanently reserved (they start before 6 a.m.)—mostly by German citizens, who are always and regularly unpleasantly conspicuous."

"Our first time with Iberostar and we weren’t disappointed. The hotel is stunning, immaculately clean and well worth a visit. We stayed all inclusive in a Junior suite on the second floor, with a sea view, refer to photos. The food had a wide choice and there were plenty of options. We’d highly recommend the Almar restaurant (not the bar) for Lunch. Special thanks to Rocio for her excellent service and pleasant manner. The Star Prestige pool area had plenty of sun beds, hammocks and cabanas. The pool is not heated. The self service bar in this area was well stocked, plenty of spirits to choose from and some tasty snacks. The entertainment was good, I recommend the free bingo. Waiter service at the bar tables was efficient. Overall, we had an excellent stay at this hotel and would consider returning."

"We had an amazing family holiday at this hotel and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The service was excellent, the food was delicious with plenty of choice, and the entertainment kept everyone happy throughout the week. There was something for all ages, and both the kids and adults had a fantastic time. A special mention and thank you to Jessica, who went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our holiday. She regularly checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was perfect and that we were making the most of all the hotel's facilities and amenities. Her friendly, caring approach really made a difference. We made some wonderful family memories here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. We can't wait to come back!"

"This hotel has the potential to be great, but unfortunately it falls well short because of poor customer service and inconsistent standards. The positives were the lovely pool, good cocktails, and a hardworking animation team. The sunshine and swimming made the holiday enjoyable despite everything else. The biggest disappointment was the reception staff. They were consistently unhelpful, inflexible, and seemed completely uninterested in customer satisfaction. Nothing was ever straightforward, and even a smile appeared to be too much to ask. The restaurant staff were also slow, with tables left uncleared for long periods and little friendliness. The bar staff were at least more welcoming. The entertainment team put in plenty of effort, but the programme was repetitive. During our stay, Barcy somehow had two birthdays, and several evening shows were repeated. The kids' club was also mainly aimed at very young children, with little for older children or teens. Activities were available however these were geared towards adults and the children were often sidelined. We did have an apology for this and they agreed there wasn't enough available for the teens so they did arrange a teen ping pong competition but nothing else again after that. Cleanliness also needs improving. The poolside toilets were regularly filthy and often had no toilet roll or soap. There were several confusing inconsistencies. Inflatables were supposedly banned from the pool, yet the rule seemed to change depending on who was on duty. The hotel also sells inflatables in the shop, claiming they're for the beach-but the beach is either a bus ride away or down a very steep hill and on such a windy island I am not sure a sensible option - so that explanation didn't make much sense. The food was average, plenty of choice but nothing memorable. Overall, we left disappointed. With better management, improved facilities, and staff who actually value customer service, this hotel could be much better. We wouldn't recommend it based on our experience. If you've already booked, you'll still enjoy the sunshine and the pool, but I'd lower your expectations of the service."

"I would give this hotel 5* in relation to its autism friendly status. It maintains a calm, helpful environment for all people and especially looks out for the needs of those who are neurodivergent. This is both helpful and reassuring. Many of the staff also contribute to this ethos, working very hard and making guests feel welcome. Sadly, the hotel seems understaffed and these members of staff seem stretched beyond capabilities. Their professionalism means they do not take it out on the guest. Unfortunately, room cleaning is affected by the issue of being understaffed. The receptionist team, chefs, bar staff and restaurant workers did the hotel proud. Thank you for a great August week in Fuerteventura."

"The hotel is old but completely renovated. The location is perfect, and the value for money is very good. The pool is very inviting. However, it has two drawbacks: one is the parking area, which is impossible and also a bit unsafe due to theft. But the worst thing of all is a karaoke bar in a run-down shopping center across the street that blasts music all night long. Perhaps it's to attract customers, since there's hardly anyone there, but it's impossible to sleep at night."

Μπορείτε επίσης να παίξετε γκολφ στο ξενοδοχείο, αλλά είχαμε πάει στο εύρος οδήγησης, το οποίο είναι πραγματικά διασκεδαστικό! "am extremely disappointed with our recent stay at H10 Tindaya. This was our second visit because we had such a wonderful experience the first time, so we happily returned and even paid extra for the Privilege package. We were given a lovely room (579), which we appreciated, but unfortunately our holiday was completely overshadowed by what happened. One incident that particularly concerned us occurred when my daughter was alone in our room. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed on the door, a male member of staff entered the room, insisting that it needed to be cleaned. This left my daughter feeling very uncomfortable and upset, as she was alone at the time. We expect our privacy to be respected, especially when the “Do Not Disturb” sign is clearly displayed. On our 5th day, we realised my daughter’s prescription medication had gone missing from our room. At first, we assumed we had simply misplaced it. However, on our last day we also discovered that our beach bag had disappeared from our room. The most shocking part was while we were waiting outside the hotel for our airport transfer, we saw a room attendant carrying what was unmistakably our beach bag. Seeing this left us completely stunned. These events have led us to believe that the same person may also have taken my daughter’s prescription medication. This holiday was meant to celebrate my daughter finishing her exams, but instead she came home extremely upset knowing that our belongings had gone missing. No guest should ever have to worry about their possessions or prescription medication disappearing from their hotel room, nor should they have to worry about their privacy being ignored. To make matters worse, I contacted the hotel immediately after returning home, providing full details and photographs to support my complaint. Despite following up, I have received no response at all. The lack of communication and apparent concern has been just as disappointing as the incidents themselves. It is such a shame because we genuinely loved this hotel after our first visit. Sadly, after this experience and the complete lack of response from management, we would not feel confident returning or recommending the hotel. I sincerely hope the hotel takes complaints like this seriously, thoroughly investigates them, and improves its security and respect for guests’ privacy so that no other family has to go through what we experienced."

"Atmosphere, staff, area, relaxing Animation team got you involved [if you wanted too], Dining room staff helpful and efficient. Very clean all over. Transfer from hotel eas ood. Drivervslm and experienced, not rushing around. Room over looked poolside and wax clean. Could do with some more USB ports for charging devices. Shuttle wad good down to Costa Calma. We walked back up. Averaging 10k steps when we did for the day. Easy to do. Some nice e shops in area. Went to Market on Wednesday which was OK but repetitive. Lack of wc in pool area for ease of use. Everything in one place. Food was nice but seemed repetitive some days and lack of some utensils if you were late for dinner."

Τα δωμάτια είναι τώρα πολύ σύγχρονα και φωτεινά με σύγχρονα έπιπλα και καλό χώρο αποθήκευσης, πολύ καθαρά, και εξακολουθούν να έχουν τις ίδιες εκπληκτικές απόψεις από το μπαλκόνι. Πιστεύαμε ότι το φαγητό ήταν νόστιμο. Υπήρχε αρκετή επιλογή για πρωινό και δείπνο. Η εξωτερική τραπεζαρία είναι πολύ πιο όμορφη τώρα. Έχει επεκταθεί και έχει θερμαντήρες που ήταν καλές τις πιο κρύες νύχτες. Το προσωπικό ήταν όλοι φιλικοί και αισθανόμασταν ότι αντιμετωπίζουν όλες τις εθνικότητες με τον ίδιο τρόπο. Ακούσαμε ότι το ασανσέρ ήταν εκτός τάξης την εβδομάδα πριν από τη διαμονή μας, ήταν ακόμα αρκετά αργό, έτσι περπατήσαμε πάνω και κάτω, το δωμάτιο μας ήταν στον πέμπτο όροφο, έτσι βοηθούσε να ξεφύγουν από μερικά από τα επιπλέον θερμίδες που καταναλώσαμε! Το Calypso είναι ένα από τα αγαπημένα μας ξενοδοχεία. Αγαπάμε ιδιαίτερα την τοποθεσία δίπλα στην υπέροχη παραλία. Είχαμε μια χαλαρωτική διακοπές και θα θέλαμε να επιστρέψουμε το επόμενο έτος."

"Where do i start with this hotel. Location is good for the beach shops etc. The hotel its self is not so good. THE ROOMS Defo need an upgrade very basic clean but basic only 3 plug sockets in the bedroom 1 is for the fridge one is behind the sofa and the other in-between the 2 single beds so bring an extension lead. The beds and pillows are very comfy. The shower over bath was powerful but you had to be careful as the water got extremely hot then went cold RESTAURANT in our opinion this could of been improved the themed nights weren't very good chinese night was spring rolls and a very watery curry. The Mexican night consisted off deep fried jalapeño and cream cheese. Tortilla chips and tasteless sauces. ENTERTAINMENT only one guy doing all the activities he was quite good tho. BAR STAFF There wasn't enough staff on at the start of the night meaning massive queues quite a few of the young male staff were extremely rude and abrupt particularly elier (think that's how his name was spelt.)On a few occasions he actually argued with us. (Most of the staff were good just the few let your hotel down) We asked for a dissarono and pepsi zero and a bottle off beer to be told only 2 drinks were allowed (I get the rule but when u get a spirit and a mixer you would class that as one drink ) ALL INCLUSIVE PREMIUM we upgraded to premium before we came to get the top shelf drinks and bottles of soft drinks well worth the upgrade. The thing that let this down was the fact you only had 2 places to get your drinks the pool bar till 7 then the entertainment place till 11. No bar in lobby so if bad weather you had to go outside to get a drink. We booked this hotel as we had stayed in the same chain of hotels in gran canaria thinking the food etc would be something similar how wrong we were. Would we return that's a NO"

Το φαγητό είναι πολύ καλύτερο από πολλά μεγάλα ξενοδοχεία που καλύπτουν εκατοντάδες. Κάθε άλλο βράδυ είναι ένα πεντάρικο μάθημα με ένα μενού για να διαλέξεις και είναι πάντα, εννοώ αυτό, πάντα νόστιμο. Άλλα βράδια συχνά έχουν θέμα με ιταλικό, παραδοσιακό ισπανικό και αμερικανικό τρόπο διατροφής, που σερβίρονται με κουζίνα με νωπό φαγητό για σας. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ήσυχο, οπότε αν προτιμάτε ένα θόρυβο, μουσική, ποτό, εκατοντάδες σε δείπνο και πρωινό, αυτό δεν είναι για σας. Είναι ειρηνικό και ηρεμιστικό και ένα υπέροχο χώρο για να ξεκουραστείτε."

"Beautiful hotel - an oasis of calm. Staff work so hard to look after the clients. Food is good/very good and plentiful. Entertainment every night of ok quality. But there is a culture of playing board games after dinner or sitting on the terrace enjoying cocktails if you don’t like the music. Rooms are spacious, very well maintained and cleaned daily. We had a special celebration and the staff pulled out the stops to decorate a table and treat us with great attention. It feels like a proper family/community. Special mention to Wim, Fefi, Jacqueline, Juan and Manuel who are lovely people and fantastic at their jobs. The spa is wonderful and part of the package - quiet during the day often get it all to yourself to relax in the salty pool with various jacuzzi apparatus. Steam room sauna and relaxing aroma room of and don’t forget the freezing plunge pool! Things to note Most staff have a little English though reception speak it fluently. All inclusive is a great deal - even with prices on the cocktail and lunch menus these are included. Not much for young children. Walk to the beach is lovely and takes about 10 mins to get to the seafront E-scooters outside the hotel are a fun and quick way to get into Morro Jable Bus transfer can be free for over 10 day booking - multiple stops take about 2 hours but well worth it. Been 5 times - will go again!"

Είδα επίσης ότι έχω μαζί μου τον σκύλο μου υπηρεσίας και δεν θα χρειαζόμουν να πληρώσω τα έξοδα για τα ζώα συντροφιάς. Στις 18 Δεκεμβρίου, όταν πέρασα από την υποδοχή, μίλησα με την Κάρλα και μου είπε ότι πρέπει να πληρώσω τα έξοδα για τα ζώα συντροφιάς. Μετά από μια μικρή διαφωνία, πρέπει να ενημερώσω το προσωπικό για το θέμα και ότι είχα γράψει ένα ηλεκτρονικό μήνυμα πριν από αυτό, προκειμένου να διασφαλίσω ότι θα φέρω τον σκύλο μου. Το δωμάτιο που είχα ήταν με μια βεράντα, όχι με μπαλκόνι, το κρεβάτι ήταν τόσο άβολο και όχι καλές μανδραγόνες που με πονούσαν στην πλάτη. Η καθαριότητα ήταν καλή και η οικονόμος Λόρντς ήταν πολύ φιλική μαζί μου και με την οικογένειά μου και εκτιμώ την υπηρεσία της. Ωστόσο, το δωμάτιο ήταν θορυβώδες και μπορούσα να ακούσω τους γείτονες από το πρωί μέχρι το βράδυ. η πόρτα που το ξενοδοχείο δεν δικαιούται για τα χαμένα σας περιουσιακά στοιχεία και αυτό θα μπορούσε να αποτραπεί με την εγκατάσταση οπίσθιας, έτσι ώστε να βεβαιωθείτε ότι ο επισκέπτης θα αισθανθεί ασφαλής.
