Ξενοδοχεία με χώρο στάθμευσης σε Ντονγκγίνγκ

"The hotel environment is pretty good. I do have a genuine suggestion though: please replace the hairdryer. For such a large hotel, having such an old-fashioned hairdryer is just not practical, especially for someone with long hair! The staff chasing after good reviews was a real turn-off. I left a piece of clothing behind, and they did call me that same day to say they'd mail it to me, which I appreciated. However, a week passed and I still hadn't received it. When I inquired, it turned out they hadn't even sent it yet..."

"The first time I stayed at this hotel, the experience was very good. The first time I took three lively and moving children to travel, it was late at night when I stayed at this hotel. When I woke up in the morning, I found that breakfast was already past the time, and I was anxious and a little sad when I watched the children rubbing their sleepy eyes and shouting hungry. I dialed the front desk phone with the last hope. I really didn't expect any results at that time. After all, the prescribed meal time was long over. Soon after, the restaurant service staff sent the carefully prepared meals directly to the door of our room. Considering that the accompanying children are still young and may not be very skilled in using chopsticks, they prepared spoons very thoughtfully for the children to eat by themselves. This meticulous and considerate approach makes the dining experience more smooth and warm. This service experience that exceeded expectations completely dispelled our anxiety of traveling with our baby, and made this trip particularly comfortable. Whether it is a business trip or a family holiday in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again and will not hesitate to recommend it to friends in need."

"First time visiting Dongying, and while the hotel seems a bit older, it's very well-maintained. It's probably great value for money during the summer. The suite was spacious for my child, who was very happy, and we could cast to the TV. There's also an accompanying children's play area, but remember to bring non-slip socks. They could improve the daily maintenance of the play area a bit more. The staff were quite service-oriented, offering to help with our luggage upstairs. I was also satisfied with the room's cleanliness, which is important to me, and the bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was a good mix of Western and Chinese options, with plenty of variety. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a park, and there are restaurants nearby. It's very convenient if you're driving."

"The location is super convenient, right next to a Tesla Supercharger and close to Lao Cun Zhang restaurant, which was great for meals. We also enjoyed walks around Qingfeng Lake. Hilton's standard service was, as always, impeccable. A big thank you to the manager who personally helped my parents with their luggage in the morning."

"Our family stayed in two spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms facing each other. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, plus a large bathtub, which was excellent value for money. The hotel also has the Shuiyunxuan hot spring pool, so definitely bring your swimsuits and take a dip – it's incredibly relaxing! Both the hotel's Fishermen's Song restaurant and the buffet were quite good and distinctive. However, the best was the Lan Hai Grand Canteen. The food was delicious and the prices were very affordable! The hotel staff were warm and friendly. Very satisfied."

"The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were very welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful, parking was convenient, and the transportation was safe. It's a great hotel, I really liked it, and they even have robot service. Highly recommended."

"This was my first time staying at the Blue Sea International during the May Day holiday. The hotel is really easy to find and parking is convenient. The room was decent, and the staff were all very helpful, especially Yang Hui at the front desk. She was always available to solve any issues, even outside of her working hours. The hotel breakfast was also good. I'm looking forward to staying here again next time!"

"Only stating the facts, without any subjective opinions: I checked into the hotel on May 3, 2024, and got up early on May 4 to catch the cruise ship at the Yellow River estuary. I put the dental retainer (a tertiary hospital charged 1,000 yuan) on the child's homework book in the upper right corner of the sink (with a napkin from the Crowne Plaza Hotel underneath. When I came back at night, I found that the room had been cleaned. The child's homework book appeared on the suitcase, but the dental retainer and the napkin were gone. I searched the entire room (including the trash can) but couldn't find it. I contacted customer service and asked the cleaning staff to reply the next day. On May 5, I was eager to get on the road, so I added the hotel WeChat service account. After a few days of WeChat and phone communication, the hotel promised to pay the full amount at the beginning, but later it was only willing to pay 200 yuan, and repeatedly emphasized that there was no evidence to prove that it was lost by the cleaning staff when cleaning, and repeatedly mentioned that the 200 yuan compensation needed to be paid by the cleaning staff themselves. When I said that I could only pay half (500 yuan) based on the fact that both parties could not provide evidence, I was replied by phone on May 7 that I could only pay 200 yuan. If you only pay 200 yuan, I won't count it as asking you to pay. There is not much difference between me paying 1,000 yuan and 800 yuan. And your customer service said that the cleaning staff needs to pay for this money. It's not worth it for me to ask for this 200 yuan. And you also asked you to deduct the cleaning staff's money. Based on the above facts and experiences, I advise travelers staying in this hotel to keep and store their belongings, and not to place them outside at will. If you think it's important, it's best to take photos or videos to keep evidence to avoid trouble later. Finally, there is no problem with the room, and the hotel is in a good location."

"My parents like to drive out for fun, so it’s my job to book hotels. When booking a hotel for the elderly, you should pay more attention to it than booking it yourself. First of all, it must be comfortable and convenient with parking, and the service must be patient. Cost-effectiveness must also be considered. It is best to have some beautiful scenery so that the elderly can take a walk after getting up in the morning... All these things come together. It seems impossible, but Atour Hotel Dongying Financial Harbor fully meets these conditions. When I first contacted the front desk, it was Mr. Zheng who answered the phone. It was precisely because of his meticulous and patient response that I, a person with difficulty in making choices, did not hesitate and hung up the phone to book this hotel immediately. Mr. Zheng also recommended that I apply for a membership card, which saves money on my stay and allows me to enjoy many benefits from membership. With such employees, I feel at ease when I stay. Talking about the beautiful scenery, Mr. Zheng thoughtfully upgraded the lake view room when he saw that the elderly were staying. The scenery was so beautiful that his parents went for a walk in the morning and felt relaxed and happy. And the sunset in the evening is even more beautiful. I am still a little short of words. I have photos that can speak for me... Just look at the pictures. A room like this in this hotel only costs 300+, which is really a good deal. I asked my parents and the breakfast was not bad. In addition to being satisfied with the room, the two elders were most satisfied with the service. Let me express my special thanks to Mr. Zheng for his considerate butler service. Next time I go to Dongying, I will definitely stay here."

"The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and it is easy to travel. There is a parking space at the door, which is very convenient. The lobby is simple and elegant. The room is quiet, clean and tidy, the shower has fast water flow and good water temperature, the Internet speed is fast, and it is convenient for office work. Because the weather is dry and I have rhinitis, the floor lady sent me an air purifier and humidifier after learning about it, which is very considerate! Fruits are prepared every day, breakfast is also good, and there are all the necessary equipment in the gym, as well as washing machines and dryers, which are super convenient. Highly recommended!"
