"Special thanks to Angela at the front desk! When we checked out, she gave us a small gift. Upon learning that we had to wait in the lobby for our train, she offered us drink vouchers. Since I paid quickly and forgot to use them, she thoughtfully gave us a cake instead. (˘ڡ˘)🍰
Room facilities: Very new and well-equipped, especially the blackout curtains – they work wonderfully.
Value for money: The price during this off-season is a real bargain.
Breakfast: I must say, the breakfast selection is incredibly rich, and all the ingredients are fresh and clean.
Bed: I slept soundly all night without much tossing and turning; it was very comfortable and good for my back, unlike other hotels where the mattress leaves me with back pain.
Room view: The hotel is connected to both Renaissance and Courtyard, making it very large. You can easily spend time just exploring the premises.
Service: The service is excellent. Upon check-in, a dedicated person was assigned to me, asking about my preferences and requirements, and they did their utmost to accommodate them.
Swimming pool: I tried the pool once; the water was very clean. Plus, after swimming, you can even enjoy a steam bath while freshening up 😂.
Gym: The gym equipment is something I'm very satisfied with; the facilities are comprehensive and highly functional."

After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. "The location is good; there are many restaurants to the right after you go downstairs. Transportation is convenient; there's an airport shuttle bus right downstairs. The room is clean and hygienic, with unique decor and relatively complete facilities. The only drawback is that the TV doesn't have internet settings enabled, so you can't cast your favorite content and programs. This seems to be a common problem with hotels in Korla; I've stayed at several hotels in Korla this year, and none of them seem to have screen casting functionality."

"Business Trip
I have a presentation tomorrow, so I really wanted to have a good stay, sleep well, and be full of energy for the talk.
Unexpectedly, the entire accommodation experience made me feel luxurious and allowed me to experience the beauty of Korla.
The bathroom feels very spacious, and the wet/dry separation is great. I especially love the brown circular storage box next to the sink for toiletries; it's very well-designed.
The staff are also all very professional.
If I have the chance, I will definitely come back to stay again."

"The hotel is located in the city center and is easy to find. There's a large parking lot in front, making parking incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can find all sorts of good food. The decor is a stylish, natural wood style. The lobby is very cozy, and I even played a piano. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the facilities were new and complete. The hotel receptionists were very welcoming, and the breakfast was quite plentiful. Overall, I was very satisfied. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.
