"The room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious, offering a cozy and quiet retreat. All the facilities were complete and in excellent working order, with the Wi-Fi and hot water being particularly impressive! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right in a building to the left of Weihai Station's exit. It's about a ten-minute walk to Hanlefang, and getting to Weihai Bus Station or Weihai Coach Terminal for the tourist bus lines is a breeze. This makes it super easy to visit attractions like Liugong Island, Maotou Mountain, Nashanghai, the Bluevessel, Chengshantou, and city sights such as Weihai Park and Huoju 8th Street. The staff, including the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and security, were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. Full marks! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Weihai!"

"Before coming to Weihai, I did a lot of research. I initially planned to stay at hotels like Hanting or Atour, but many reviews were negative. Then I stumbled upon a comment suggesting that in Weihai, one should choose local brands, so I booked this one. Honestly, I was a bit nervous because of the low price, but it turned out to be amazing value for money! For a 400-yuan hotel, the service was exceptional, comparable to a five-star hotel. Special thanks to Sister Zhang Li and security guard Xiao Wang for their warm and thoughtful service; they even let us borrow sand-digging tools. The breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse. The hotel has three restaurants, making it a top choice for families with kids who don't want to venture out. Plus, it's right opposite Weigao Plaza, within walking distance to the beach football field, and convenient for getting to other places. If you're unsure about anything, the hotel staff provides very detailed recommendations. My kid said we should definitely stay here again next time we visit!"

"It was my family member's birthday during our stay, and the service exceeded our expectations. Someone helped us with our luggage when we checked in and out, and fresh fruit was replenished daily. Our child even received a kite and beach toys. All the towels in the room were disinfected and sealed, which made us feel very at ease using them. I'd like to specially mention Hai Xia Jie and Jing Jing – their service attitude was superb. Hai Xia Jie decorated the room for the birthday, and the swan towel art was incredibly lifelike. Jing Jing thoughtfully sent us a guide to touring Weihai. The moment we checked out, we regretted not booking a few more days!"

"I took my 80-year-old mother to Weihai to experience life in a coastal city, and Weihai left a wonderful impression on us. We stayed at the Blue Ocean Hotel, which has an amazing location. From our room, we had a panoramic view of the濱海公園 (Binhai Park) and the famous 'Big Photo Frame' sculpture. We just had to cross the road from the hotel to immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery. Beyond the beautiful views, I especially want to thank Ms. Gong Xinru from the hotel. She was incredibly patient and meticulous in her work. When we checked out, we completely forgot three of my mother's favorite clothes in the room. From the moment we arrived at the station to head to our next destination, until several hours after we reached Jinan, Ms. Gong repeatedly called me because I wasn't answering my phone. She finally informed me about the clothes and promptly arranged for them to be couriered. By the time we arrived home, the package had already been successfully delivered. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Gong for her exceptional service."

"Gave a perfect score! Upon check-in, they proactively introduced the hotel facilities and nearby tourist attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with ocean and mountain views from the window. The front desk staff were very attentive and answered all our questions. "Here's my objective review of this stay. Pros: 1. Upon check-in, a staff member helped me with my luggage from the lobby. 2. My child lost a toy accessory in the room during our stay and we couldn't find it. When checking out, I asked the staff to look for it again when cleaning the room. In the afternoon, the hotel informed me that they had two teams search for it and finally found it. I'm very grateful, and they even helped arrange for it to be sent back to me with payment on delivery. 3. During one of the cleanings, they left two extra bottles of water and a note, indicating they noticed formula milk powder in the room and that more water might be needed for mixing it. 4. The male staff member in a black suit I met in the hallway and the female cleaner I met the next morning greeted me very politely. 5. During breakfast, a very tall manager and other service staff saw me with my young child and proactively offered to cook the noodles longer and even brought them to my table. When I mentioned that the yogurt was gone, they responded and refilled it very quickly. 6. The room has a great view, offering panoramic views of the beach and the pier. Cons: 1. There were no Little Prince children's amenities or daily yogurt, which I had read about in other reviews. 2. The non-smoking floor was a joke. There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the windowsill in the hallway right in front of our room. After I moved it to the trash bin near the elevator, a few hours later, a plastic box full of cigarette butts had replaced it in the original spot. After I reported this to the hotel, their only response was that the guest across the hall was smoking in the corridor and they had aired it out, with no other action taken. 3. The provided baby bed rail couldn't be fixed securely and was ineffective. At our request and prompting, they brought ropes to tie it down (at the previous hotel we stayed at, the bed rail was already tied and secured before our arrival). 4. During the mid-stay cleaning, they didn't notice clothes dropped on the floor, and the duvet was just folded haphazardly. However, they did proactively drain the water from the bathtub. 5. The hotel room card could open a door leading to the beach, but we weren't informed about this. We only found out from a passerby."

"Coming during the off-season meant fewer people and a peaceful atmosphere. The ocean-view room had huge floor-to-ceiling windows, so I could watch the sunrise and sunset right from bed. There was also a big bathtub, and they even provided disposable bath liners, which was a real treat. I brought my dog along this time, and he loved it too, constantly sitting by the bed staring at the sea – he was so happy! But more than the room, I absolutely adored the hostess! She's like a walking encyclopedia of Weihai! Every day, I'd just bug her for recommendations, skipping all the planning and getting to try all sorts of delicious food. It was perfect for a lazy person like me; I just arrived, relaxed, and enjoyed the food and sights! Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend it!"
