"It was my family member's birthday during our stay, and the service exceeded our expectations. Someone helped us with our luggage when we checked in and out, and fresh fruit was replenished daily. Our child even received a kite and beach toys. All the towels in the room were disinfected and sealed, which made us feel very at ease using them. I'd like to specially mention Hai Xia Jie and Jing Jing – their service attitude was superb. Hai Xia Jie decorated the room for the birthday, and the swan towel art was incredibly lifelike. Jing Jing thoughtfully sent us a guide to touring Weihai. The moment we checked out, we regretted not booking a few more days!"

"Highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Weihai Weigao! The front desk staff, M and J, provided outstanding service. They were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic throughout, checking us in efficiently and smoothly, and even thoughtfully offered warm cookies. The hotel facilities are top-notch; the lobby is elegant and grand, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with smart devices. The bathroom with a separate wet and dry area is comfortable, and high-floor rooms offer stunning sea views. The gym and breakfast area are well-appointed, and the location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. With professional and attentive service, and high-quality facilities, the experience was absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Weihai!"

"This hotel is perfectly located, just 300 meters from Weihai High-Speed Railway Station. You literally walk out of the station and up to it. I can personally confirm there's no noise at night. For a high-end hotel (not just a comfortable one), it boasts a convenient and efficient front desk, neatly arranged rooms, and a very spacious bathroom. The staff are also very welcoming. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Right downstairs, there's a place to rent brand-new electric scooters for about 30 yuan a day, which was incredibly convenient for exploring the coastal park, Maotou Mountain, and Torch Eight Street."

"This hotel is perfectly situated right next to the famous Huancuilou Park, offering stunning views of the landmark Huancuilou from the room's window. Across the street is Weigao Plaza, a bustling commercial area in Weihai, with a wide variety of restaurants. The location alone gets a perfect score! I booked a 'mini room,' which, as expected, wasn't huge, but it was perfectly comfortable for one person and fully equipped. They even included a lovely complimentary snack, tea bags, and fresh flowers. During both check-in and check-out, the front desk staff I interacted with were all beautiful, gracious ladies. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and always had a lovely smile. Seeing my heavy luggage, a kind and handsome young man with glasses from the front desk immediately offered to help me carry it. He even pushed my suitcase all the way to the hotel entrance after I checked out. All in all, this is a truly excellent and heartwarming hotel! 👍🏻👍🏻"

"Here's my objective review of this stay. Pros: 1. Upon check-in, a staff member helped me with my luggage from the lobby. 2. My child lost a toy accessory in the room during our stay and we couldn't find it. When checking out, I asked the staff to look for it again when cleaning the room. In the afternoon, the hotel informed me that they had two teams search for it and finally found it. I'm very grateful, and they even helped arrange for it to be sent back to me with payment on delivery. 3. During one of the cleanings, they left two extra bottles of water and a note, indicating they noticed formula milk powder in the room and that more water might be needed for mixing it. 4. The male staff member in a black suit I met in the hallway and the female cleaner I met the next morning greeted me very politely. 5. During breakfast, a very tall manager and other service staff saw me with my young child and proactively offered to cook the noodles longer and even brought them to my table. When I mentioned that the yogurt was gone, they responded and refilled it very quickly. 6. The room has a great view, offering panoramic views of the beach and the pier. Cons: 1. There were no Little Prince children's amenities or daily yogurt, which I had read about in other reviews. 2. The non-smoking floor was a joke. There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the windowsill in the hallway right in front of our room. After I moved it to the trash bin near the elevator, a few hours later, a plastic box full of cigarette butts had replaced it in the original spot. After I reported this to the hotel, their only response was that the guest across the hall was smoking in the corridor and they had aired it out, with no other action taken. 3. The provided baby bed rail couldn't be fixed securely and was ineffective. At our request and prompting, they brought ropes to tie it down (at the previous hotel we stayed at, the bed rail was already tied and secured before our arrival). 4. During the mid-stay cleaning, they didn't notice clothes dropped on the floor, and the duvet was just folded haphazardly. However, they did proactively drain the water from the bathtub. 5. The hotel room card could open a door leading to the beach, but we weren't informed about this. We only found out from a passerby."

"Fantastic! The room was spotless, very spacious, and even had a sea view. It was fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and an induction cooktop. The host also recommended a local morning market (where we bought some huge abalone and sea snails in the morning!) and even lent us a pot to steam a whole batch of fresh seafood. Since our train was late, they kindly allowed us to check out two hours later, which was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!!"

"I stumbled upon this hotel with a floor-to-ceiling sea-view window room online and immediately fell in love with it. So, I took advantage of the three-day Qingming Festival holiday to visit Weihai. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and the actual experience was fantastic! From the hotel's **exterior**, it felt like an older four-star, but once I entered the lobby, the overall impression was very neat, clean, and bright. You could tell that the hotel put effort into maintaining its facilities. The staff were also very enthusiastic, even calling a day in advance to confirm my itinerary and preferences. The **service** was excellent. Since I arrived quite late on the first night, after 10:00 PM in Weihai, I booked a **standard king room** for the first night. It offered a street view, not the sea. The room was quiet and very clean, perfect for a good night's rest. On the second day, around 9:00 AM, we moved to the sea-view room I had been looking forward to. I booked the **Deluxe Sea View Terrace King Room**. The room was still very clean and quiet. The interior decoration was on par with a five-star hotel (though the walls were a bit patchy and could use a repaint). Upon entering, there was a bathtub, and then the super large floor-to-ceiling window and terrace came into view. In front of the window, there was a soft sofa, which was incredibly comfortable and relaxing for drinking tea or coffee – it just made me so happy. The view from the terrace was also stunning; the sea was very clear on sunny days. In the evening, you could watch the sunset from the room. What could be more romantic than that? The **breakfast** restaurant was a sea-view restaurant with a huge floor-to-ceiling window. Outside, there was a trestle bridge, the sea, and seagulls – the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast selection wasn't super extensive, but it covered most Chinese breakfast essentials, and the taste was good. For a four-star hotel, it was really impressive. The **location** is in Huancui District, not far from attractions like Torch 8th Street. There are also many good restaurants nearby. Downstairs are Jinshatan Beach and the Jinhaiwan Trestle Bridge, where many seagulls hover. The hotel has an elevator that goes directly to the beach, and guests are given an exclusive wristband. For families with children who want to play in the water during summer, it's very convenient – you can go straight back to your room via the elevator to wash up after playing. Overall, the accommodation experience was excellent! Full marks, highly recommended!"

"Hotel location is really amazing! Just beside the 8th Street of the Torch, a few minutes walk to the International Bathing Beach, it is super convenient to go shopping and punch in, the room view is very good, the environment is clean and comfortable, it is too suitable to live in Weihai!"

"The best decision I made on my Weihai trip was booking this sea-view room! The moment I opened the door and curtains, the entire sea just burst into view. There's nothing blocking the window, so I could lie in bed and watch the ocean. In the evening, I saw the sunset paint the sky orange, and at night, I fell asleep to the sound of waves; even my dreams were salty and sweet. The front desk staff were also super enthusiastic. I'd definitely come back and stay here again if I get the chance!"

Cleanliness: Cleanliness was also good, considering the price point. Environment: The environment was nice.
