"The room is clean and has a unique design. It has tatami mats, a projection, and a tea table. The two children sat at the tea table and drank tea. It is very convenient to eat in front of the hotel and very close to Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area. Friends who bring their children to Chaka Salt Lake must bring waterproof overalls for their children. The waterproof shoes rented in the scenic area are of no use to active children. Two children also got wet wearing waterproof shoes. ."

Upon arrival, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and smooth. She even proactively reminded me of nearby attractions, breakfast times, and travel tips, her gentle and caring tone instantly relieving my travel fatigue. The room was even more reassuring. It was reassuringly clean, with every corner neatly arranged, free of dust and odors. The bed was soft and comfortable, incredibly relaxing, and the soundproofing was excellent, providing a quiet and restful night's sleep – the most restful night's sleep of the entire trip. The room facilities were all new, the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and toiletries were provided. You could feel the hotel's attention to detail everywhere. When I needed anything, I contacted the front desk, and the staff responded promptly and patiently, without any sign of impatience. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are spotless. Staying here makes me feel incredibly safe, unlike some hotels that feel cold and impersonal. Instead, it feels like a comfortable temporary home. The price-performance ratio is truly exceptional. It's perfect for solo travelers, groups of friends, or families. This is the kind of hotel you'd want to return to and genuinely recommend. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a hotel to everyone. "Choosing this hotel for our drive to Chaka was such a smart decision! It's less than a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, and parking is incredibly convenient, even offering charging stations, which is a huge plus for electric car owners like us. This hotel is one of the best in town, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The in-room oxygen supply and adjustable air conditioning were lifesavers – we slept perfectly on the plateau without feeling stuffy. It even snowed on the mountains last night, and the view from our room was stunning. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with anti-slip mats, showing excellent attention to detail! The breakfast selection was extensive. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Chaka!"

"Environment: The rooms are well-planned and immaculately clean. We were traveling with our elderly family and children and booked a suite with two bathrooms and a small living room, which allowed us to stay comfortable without disturbing each other. Service: When we returned to the hotel after our trip that day, it was almost 11:00 AM when we checked in. The front desk even prepared a warm midnight snack for us. A bowl of piping hot Tremella soup in the room was truly delightful. The pre-prepared snacks, such as peanuts, fruit leather, and raisins, were also delicious. The service was attentive and the attention to detail was excellent. 💯"

"This hotel is really unique and perfect for families traveling with kids by car. It's clean and hygienic. The decor has a distinct Western Frontier (Xiyu) feel, and the breakfast is excellent. "The triple room at this hotel was very spacious, and the room itself felt new with no strange odors. It also offered a beautiful window view, though unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side. It's conveniently located just 3 kilometers from Chaka Salt Lake, and there are plenty of dining options downstairs. Overall, I was quite satisfied, and they even gave us a lovely souvenir! The only downside was that it poured rain at Chaka Salt Lake that day, so we couldn't go in and explore. I'll definitely be back though."

"I was on a business trip to Ulan and stayed at the newly opened Vienna Hotel. Overall, it was a very good experience. First of all, being a new hotel, the facilities and overall appearance were very comfortable. The room was also very clean, well-laid out, spacious, and well-soundproofed, especially quiet at night. The receptionist was very welcoming; when I called to request something, it was quickly delivered by a robot – excellent efficiency! There's a vending machine on the first floor where you can scan a code in your room and order directly, with the robot delivering the items. The price was also very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. 👍👍👍"

"The location is super close to Chaka Salt Lake. The young lady was very welcoming; I asked her to show us the rooms first, and she patiently guided us. I saw the rooms were really nice and clean, so we decided to stay. The price was excellent, and I was so happy with the environment – clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, and every staff member was enthusiastic. They refilled the breakfast promptly; it was delicious and very convenient. If you're visiting Chaka Salt Lake, definitely stay here – the price is just right. It was also a very comfortable stay, and the food was good too. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but the environment is exactly as they advertised."
