"This is an aparthotel located in an apartment building within a large shopping mall. We booked a room with one large bed and one single bed. The front desk was in a separate building, but it was conveniently close. The room was spacious and bright, and we were finally able to wash our dirty clothes from a few days of travel; they dried quickly. While the single bed's mattress was quite comfortable, the large bed's mattress wasn't, which was tough on my back. Breakfast wasn't particularly good; only the noodles and vermicelli were palatable. We had a great time overall and really enjoyed Xinyi as a city. We'd definitely come back!"

I was really disappointed with the hotel breakfast; the dining area is too narrow and cramped. With so many people eating, I kept bumping into chairs and worried about hitting others. Wontons were already gone just past 8 AM, and the food supply was insufficient. There aren't many parking spots above ground, but the underground parking is quite plentiful, and it's free if you provide your room number when leaving."

"This Hilton Garden Inn is the best I've stayed at in the Garden Inn series. The hotel's location is excellent, just one or two stops from Jushan Square in the city center, and it's situated between three major scenic areas, making it very convenient to get around.
There's an open-air rooftop garden next to the lobby, and the gym is large, professional, and has a great atmosphere with comprehensive facilities. The lobby also offers complimentary coffee and tea, and the breakfast is quite substantial. The staff are warm and attentive to guests, which is a very pleasant experience.
The hotel rooms are very large, probably around 30 square meters, and they are new and odor-free. I had a very enjoyable three-day, two-night stay here."

However, when I wanted to postpone due to changes in my travel plans, the price had already risen to over 1000 RMB… After staying there, I felt it wasn't worth the price; it was just average."

GGuest UserI felt compelled to write this review on my way back because I was so impressed by the thoughtful service at this hotel. Even before we arrived, they proactively reached out to ask about our trip and offered recommendations, which left a great first impression for us first-time visitors to Wanfenglin. They even upgraded our room type, saving us the hassle of switching rooms later.
During our stay, their responses were always quick. When we couldn't find a taxi, the front desk staff helped us arrange a driver, which was a huge help during peak hours. And their homemade pan-fried tofu? Absolutely delicious!
The location is fantastic, right in Zhongnahui, making it super convenient to get around. There's even a sightseeing bus stop right outside, making it incredibly easy to get back to the hotel after exploring Wanfenglin. As for the room itself, it was spotless with a lovely view – I'd definitely recommend this place to friends.

GGuest UserCame to Wanfenglin with my family and chose this incredibly beautiful guesthouse. We picked a second-floor room with a balcony, and the views from the bed were stunning. The bedding was excellent, ensuring a very restful sleep. The warm lighting in the room was a thoughtful touch, not harsh on the eyes. The room was clean and odor-free, and outside the window, there were endless green mountains. Opening the window, I felt like I could breathe so much easier. In the afternoon, we went to their backyard area to enjoy the scenery and swim – every photo turned out amazing. During the day, we chatted in the room and admired the mountain views, and in the evening, we enjoyed the breeze on the balcony while talking with family. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helped us plan our travel routes perfectly. This will definitely be our first choice when we visit Wanfenglin again!

Waking up to that stunning scenery every morning was a dream come true.
But what truly set this experience apart was Rose’s incredible care and attention. When we unexpectedly got sick during our stay, Rose went above and beyond to assist us with kindness and genuine concern. She made sure we had everything we needed, from medical advice to thoughtful comfort measures, making us feel safe and supported far beyond what we expected.

Just arrived in Xingyi, the enthusiasm of the boss sister moved me instantly. Knowing that my father-in-law is old and inconvenient to travel, she drove to the high-speed rail station for free without saying anything. The whole process was attentive and thoughtful, and she was as patient and considerate as her parents, so that the elderly who were far away from home felt at ease as soon as they landed. After checking in, I found that the kitchen utensils were incomplete and it was inconvenient to cook. She warmly invited us to her house for dinner many times. The table was full of steaming Guizhou tasted home-cooked dishes, with all colors and fragrances. Every mouthful felt at home. The boss sister was not a relative, but it was better than a relative.
