"It was a bit challenging to find the entrance of the hotel and parking spot. But the staff was very helpful. The service is great. We even received tangyuan(汤圆) for desert after we checked in, which made me feel home. The response was quick whenever we asked for help or requested anything. The hotel and room is super clean and fresh. We love the layout of the room, the toilet is separated from the shower. We had a great time there."

"I read so many reviews before booking and finally settled on this one. The location is fantastic, right next to Yueyang Tower Scenic Area, and you step right out to Dongting Lake. I originally booked a standard room, but when I arrived, the front desk offered an upgrade to a lake-view room for an extra charge, which I immediately took. It turns out it was totally worth it! The room's floor-to-ceiling windows face Dongting Lake directly, offering an incredible view. You can watch the sunset right from your bed – it's absolutely stunning. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The lobby on the ground floor and the rooftop terrace are both very appealing, and there's even a swimming pool on the third floor. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and gave me some snacks. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and Yueyang Tower is just a few minutes' walk away. My experience this time was excellent; I highly recommend staying here when you visit Yueyang."

"The room was very clean, and the price was affordable. The front desk lady was beautiful and kind. The hotel is conveniently located near Baling Square, close to Jiehekou City Gate and Yueyang Tower. Public transportation is also readily available nearby, making it easy to get to the train station and high-speed rail station. After dinner, a stroll along the lake, watching the golden reflections of the sunset, was absolutely stunning."

"The service was great, and I generally had a good experience. The only issue was the parking, which was incredibly inconvenient. I parked right outside, and my car got scratched! 😭 I hope they can provide designated parking spots to make it easier for guests."

The location is decent, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street, which was convenient for grabbing a Luckin Coffee. Upon entering, I was offered hot tea, and they even brought my luggage to the room – the service was incredibly warm. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, plus they offer complimentary laundry service. The breakfast noodle soup was delicious, and they had coffee, along with both Chinese and Western options. While the variety wasn't huge, it was certainly sufficient. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and the service is outstanding. The high ratings are definitely well-deserved."
