It was my child's birthday during our stay, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a handwritten congratulatory card ❤️. The third floor has a public bath, a sauna, and complimentary cold drinks, which my child absolutely loved! On the first floor, kids can pick up their own pajamas, and every evening on the second floor, the hotel provides congee with various toppings that you can add yourself – it was so satisfying. Our stay was fantastic! We'll definitely be back if we have the chance.

The room isn't big, but it's sufficient. It was very clean and reasonably priced. However, the daily cleaning wasn't satisfactory; they basically never washed the cups (am I, the guest, supposed to wash them myself?) and didn't restock the disposable toiletries in the bathroom. I wasn't very happy with that.

Stayed for a week and bottled water was only provided on the first day, which could definitely be improved. The breakfast variety was limited, pretty much the same every day with very few green vegetables, quite different from what you'd find back home in China.

Location was great! right by the west exit for JR Chiba station - very luggage friendly station as well a 24hr Lawson right outside the 2nd floor entrance and a 7/11 down on the ground floor. Staff were polite, easy self storage for luggage by the check in area. Self check in was great, amenities and robes by the elevator before heading up and overall loation is perfect for sightseeing and oneward travels to and from Narita airport or into Tokyo.

This stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. The room itself was modern and cozy, very spacious, and incredibly well-lit. What impressed me most were the bed linens – they were incredibly soft yet supportive, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Furthermore, the staff's service was exceptionally professional and warm; every detail was meticulously taken care of, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offered a wide variety, combining both Western and Chinese options, and the ingredients were fresh. All in all, this was an incredibly good value stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for leisure or business.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. In mid-April, I stayed in an upgraded 250 sq. ft. high-floor front-facing room with a west-facing sunset view. This time, I stayed in a mid-floor 230 sq. ft. back-facing mid-sized room with an east-facing sunrise view. Being on a lower floor, the JR train noise was a bit more noticeable! However, the best thing about Spring Hotel is its location. It's the first stop for the Narita Airport limousine bus, which drops you off right at the front door. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk to JR Makuhari Station, the outlet mall, AEON, and Makuhari Park. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, service, and cleanliness are all very good. In late April, the cherry blossom walkway right across the street is a fantastic spot for photography.

This trip was to watch a VNL game. Since the venue was Chiba Port Stadium, I used JR Chiba Station as my search point. When looking for accommodation, I noticed that rooms in Tokyo within my budget were generally small. The rooms at this hotel were quite different in size. Reviews mentioned the hotel's facilities were geared towards a ”love hotel” atmosphere, so although I was a little hesitant, I booked it anyway because I had a companion. Upon checking in, I found the room to be incredibly spacious. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, and the bathtub was large enough to lie down in. There was a dressing area next to the sink. The bedroom, besides the bed, also had a small living room. Two suitcases could be easily opened. In addition to the room amenities, the hotel lobby offered many supplies (different brands of shampoo, bath salts, and basic skincare products), simple snacks, and red and white wine (though I didn't try them, so I don't know how they tasted). The posters also showed some free facilities that could be reserved (rock bath, karaoke, etc.), but we didn't use them, so I don't know how they were. Breakfast was included, and it was quite delicious. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and it's very close to Chiba Chuo Station on the Keisei Electric Railway, making transfers to Tokyo convenient. Now that I've covered the pros, let's talk about the cons 😆 First, judging from the room's amenities, it really feels like a Japanese ”love hotel.” There are sheer curtains on the bedside pillars that can be lowered (like a princess bed?), and the bedroom and bathroom lights can be adjusted (for ambiance?). Balinese-style music plays throughout the hotel, which is in comparison to other hotels I've stayed at. The biggest drawback is that at night, the entire street outside the hotel is lined with male escorts. Although they know we're foreigners and won't bother us, having to navigate through them to get to convenience stores and shops near the station still felt quite stressful. If you're a solo female traveler planning to stay at this hotel, please definitely consider this factor.

Fabulous hotel. Get location for business travel or locals . But too far away from our family but the size of the rooms, onsen , breakfast buffet ( extra cost) & hospitality made up for it. Multiple train stations near by. Would stay again

there was a constant noise from a hole in the wall that i assume is for ventilation. the location is very close to the aeon mall and train station. the breakfast is small. you can get some more vegetables and soup at the self-serve area, but i could have eaten all the vegetables by myself. there's not much. i wouldn't call it a buffet. the taste was good, especially the eggs, but the self-serve vegetables tasted basic. i expected better since it's a restaurant, but it's really just a mid-range hotel breakfast. the coffee was also not tasty. there were no other fresh drinks, just water and a drink machine.
